Everything was amazing. The staff were very friendly and supportive, and the security and overall service were excellent. Special thanks to the travel agency staff for their assistance and support. I would also like to give special thanks to Pimpila for her exceptional support during my stay and even after my return to Oman, especially in helping us obtain the required missing information. It was truly appreciated.

Pool was amazing
The only and only thing was little hard is going to the room like 3-4 elevators

Location was quiet and picturesque.
Food was ok but not always authentically Thai food, which was my expectation.
The bar kept the music blaring until midnight. That the pool was not cleaned every day. The pool ladders were not attached securely. All the pool access rooms were alike. The one closest to the lift was more run down. TV channel selection was very limited, with no movies in the pool access rooms.
