Very good

The location is great - right in the middle of the old Ottoman part of the city (might get a bit loud if your windows open onto the trade street, but nothing that can't be managed by the closed windows). Stuff is helpful and attentive. Bonus cool stuff was a coffee/fruit/cookies point on the ground floor.

Couldn’t have chosen a better option!

incredible location in the heart of Old Town. walk out the door and you’re in the middle of the charm of it all. Staff were fantastic and made us Bosnian coffee several times upon request. of course, coffee machine, tea, and fresh fruit were available 24/7. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Absolutely recommend Hotel Old Sarajevo as an outstanding option. Will stay here again on future visits!

location and cleanliness. breakfast was fine

they promised parking for 10-15 euro/night, but the parking was full, so we ended up being redirected to public parking garages where parking was almost double the price. superior double room was booked. we got an attic room; getting in/out of bed we had to creep... but hotel was full, so...

Exceptional

We loved everything. The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us - especially when we had to be at the airport for 4:30 am. Loved the breakfast and complimentary snacks in the lobby. The staff made us traditional Bosnian coffee in the morning, served with a home baked traditional shortbread. The location is in the heart of old town, but the room was incredibly quiet, a little oasis. The room itself was compact, but nicely furnished, comfy bed, modern and clean. We’d love to return to Sarajevo one day, and would absolutely come back to Hotel Old Sarajevo ❤️

Great Place in the heart of Sarajevo Center

We arrived really late to the hotel, and the staff was still waiting for us at the place, and they even worried if everything is good with our trip. The location of the hotel is really great, in the heart of Bashcarshija in the centar of Sarajevo. All the local restaurants where you can eat kebapcici are just on the street where the Hotel is. No need to walk at all to be in the center of Sarajevo since this is the center of Sarajevo. The room was great, really clean, and comfy. We had breakfast also there which was great. Definitely would recommend staying there if you want great place to stay and experience the spirit of Sarajevo.

Clean, hospitable and central

The owners and staff were so hospitable and friendly. They went out of their way to help us and gave us recommendations. The hotel is really well located, not further than a 10 min walk from any landmark and right in the old town. Rooms are very clean- we loved our stay so much that we ended up staying another night.
