The location was great. Really enjoyed lobby and courtyard and the ability to refill water bottles easily throughout the hotel.

Was very disappointed that we were placed in a handicap room without wanting that.

Wonderful hotel in historic building in the heart of Winters. Wonderful staff, amazing large and clean rooms. This is one of our favorite places to stay

Love the Hotel, not the policies

Although we paid in full through Booking.com. They asked for our credit card for incidentals. They added $22 “Amenity Fee”.
