This 7-bedroom Oceanside home in ever-popular Corolla boasts the most in-demand amenities, like a 14 x 30 inground pool, hot tub, huge, fenced yard, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and an electrical vehicle charger! On the first level, you'll find a billiards room with a wet bar and large flat screen TV perfect for hanging out and watching the game. You'll also find two of the seven bedrooms on this level. The first is a king suite with a private bathroom fitted with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a pyramid bunk - Twin on top of a Queen. Both of these sumptuous bedrooms are beautifully decorated and are furnished with large flat screen TVs. This level also features a full family bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a state-of-the-art washer and dryer. From the first level, you and your family have access to the back yard which feels like your own private resort. With a large private pool, a hot tub, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower, your family will spend hours enjoying these amenities against the backdrop of the Outer Banks' natural beauty and the professionally landscaped surroundings. On the second level, you'll find the main entrance to the home. This floor houses four of the seven decadent bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms are King Suites, with two containing full private bathrooms featuring stand-up showers. In each of these bedrooms you will also find deck access, and flat screen TVs. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two sets of Twin size bunk beds and offers deck access looking over the pool. There is an additional full family bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third and main living level features an expansive open concept floor plan. The living and dining rooms and kitchen flow seamlessly together so being in separate rooms won't interrupt your quality time. Experience the pleasure of cooking as a family in the gourmet fully equipped kitchen fitted with a top-of-the-line GE refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Gather at the dining table with seating for eight. You and your family will love congregating in this open space to watch a movie on the large flat screen TV in the living area or relaxing with a glass of wine on the poolside deck. This level is home to the final King En Suite with a private bathroom and poolside deck access. KEES provides all bed linens and bath towels. Each home features a 14x30 private pool. Begin making your Corolla memories today and book your stay at Corolla Shores by KEES Vacations! EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR code available on the charger at the house. This property has 7 parking spots for guests. This home is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only. **Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. Pets are not allowed in pools. Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay. This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.** Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time. Check-Out is 10am. Very nice neighborhood. House is in a cul de sac which we did not realize but see as a nice little detail. Property is a little older than the other homes in the area. Needs a little updating/care but was cozy and adequate for our gathering.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a 13 minute walk to the beach with kids on a great path/boardwalk or a 3 min drive to a beach parking area which was fine. Layout is nice, modest privacy from other houses, on a cul-de-sac, rooms had enough space, pool and hot tub were clean and worked great. It's a 5 min drive to the grocery store. The Kees company reps were super friendly and easy to get hold of as we got ready for the trip. Nice grill and patio, the upstairs dinner area with two fridges accommodated our whole group well. The three stories allowed for places to visit as well as places for peace and quiet to study, get work done or have the kids play. Would go back!

Nowhere to put any garbage cans were overflowing. We had an emergency and spoke to someone but none came out water pressure to toilet too high. It never stopped filling and flooded bathroom water leaked to ground level bathroom and power tripped off no one showed to repair. pillows are ridiculous! Carpets filthy and you should At least put food traps in kitchen sink. We had two full dishwashers To unload on arrival the hot tub was cloudy and should be checked before guests arrive. Please vacuum all spiderwebs and bugs out of ceiling corners. It’s very off putting We loved having so many masters got our family and two refrigerators and dishwashers. It’s also a nice area

Great place to stay with lots of room!
We stayed at the property over the Thanksgiving holiday with 8 adults and 7 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone! Everyone had a great time.
My 89 year old mother also traveled with us and it was a little hard getting her up and down the stairs but other than that everything was perfect.

Great property and amenities, lots of bugs
We had a great time! Check in was easy and the house was exactly as advertised and the pool and hot tub were great.
Only suggestion is there were lots of bugs and spiderwebs inside, a thorough cleaning is needed.

We had lovely stay at this beach house. The house was very nice located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was great that had lots of seating for lounging and sitting. No complaints with the wi-fi like other reviews had stated. Probably our only main complaint was that the beds were lacking complete sheet sets. One of the king beds was made with 2 flat sheets and no fitted sheet. One of the bunk beds had no sheets at all. We could have used more hangers. Some rooms had none. The kitchen could have had a few more things. The electric can opener was broken and there wasn’t a manual one which would really make more sense. Hardly any glasses. Beds were comfortable but after I removed the bedding at the end of our stay, I noticed a large old blood stain on the mattress. No mattress pads on the beds. I would think all mattresses would have waterproof mattress pads on them just to extend the life of the mattresses. On day two of our stay, we piled our towels to be picked up like we were supposed to and I had to call twice for them to be picked up and replaced. It was 5:30-6:00 pm before we had replacements and they never took the old ones. The day before they were picked up and replaced by 9:30 am. Overall, I would recommend staying here. It would be nice if the cleaners were a little more efficient.

Memorial Weekend Stay
Home was new and well set up. Only negatives were that cockroaches were more than a few on main level and outside pool/backyard only had 1 of about 10 lights working so at night we could not take advantage of the pool/backyard with any light.

Overall the property offered a nice size space and good amenities. Consistent with other reviews it could use a good deep cleaning.
The biggest challenge for us was inconsistent information. When we arrived there was a welcome book on the coffee table. We reviewed this for details on trash pick-up, linen/towel exchange, beach access and household items (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). We found a lot of inconsistent and inaccurate information in the book. It lead us to believe we would have access to a cabana on the beach which we later discovered was only an umbrella and 2 chairs (we never received these either). On a positive note there was a 24-hour hotline to call for clarification and accurate information.
I would highly recommend gathering all you questions on the first day and plan to take some time reviewing them with the hotline on your first day.

Space and layout were great. Great location. House needs a good cleaning. Lots of bugs, dirt underneath the table cushions, splashed food on the cabinets next to the trash. Also, towels from former guests on the balconies.

Perfect for a big family
The main room was perfect for a large family gathering. Wish we had had a few more pieces of flatware and a few Pyrex dishes for cooking but the layout and fun pool table room was just right for cousins. Celebrated Post-Christmas and played lots of games in the main room while watching non-stop sports on the huge family room TV. The beds were ultra comfortable!

Overall a good stay
The property is beautiful with great amenities however I would have to agree with some of the feedback from the previous guests.
It needs some deep cleaning and care:
1. Cobwebs in fans and fixtures
2. Molded shower curtains and stained at the bottom edges
3. Old food under the kitchen table bench cushions
4. The back of the house needs to be pressure washed to remove all the old bugs
5. The most frustrating was not having a tv that functioned properly in the living room.
The sound would come in and go out but mostly it’s was out!!!!
6. The Welcome Kit has the wrong Nerwork name for the WiFi
We loved the home and would book again if these items are corrected!!!

My overall impression of the property was fantastic. There were a few burned out lights both inside and out, and a few cob webs here and there, but overall the house was clean and well furnished.
