We love this property! I’ve rented it twice so far and both times have been great. Renters are amazing to work with and are easy to communicate with. Both times I rented there was issues with heating the pool and both times they fixed the issue and refunded us our pool deposit. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Easy walk to the beach, nice neighborhood. House is always clean and in nice shape. Love how the middle rooms are kind of split so we can have multiple families and they get their own privacy.

It was so a great place. We loved it and had an amazing time. Although I do wish they provided towels for showers. A home away from home isn’t very convenient without them! Thank you so much for everything else!! We would definitely go back!!!!

My family and 3 others stayed here for an OBX destination wedding for a family member. My 3 teenagers loved the space and repeatedly commented that they wanted to come to this area to vacation in the summer. Leslie, the property manager, was so responsive throughout the entire time, both before and during our stay.

The house is supposed to sleep 20 but dining is split up between 2 areas and 2 people would need to sit on bar stools, Location is mid way between 2 access points to the beach which makes for a long walk. The furniture is dirty and cannot accomodate all. There was no decent sized frying pan (10" largest) - I called management but nothing happened other than coming out to look around. They tell you not to remove mattress pads for laundry but there were no mattress pads! We won't rent from Leslie's again.
