Fitted with heating, AC, high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV, it offers two wide and comfortable bedrooms, one master and one double, a bathroom, large open space with fully equipped kitchen and living room. The living room has a brand new sofa bed that can accommodate two more people and be folded back in a comfortable sofa during the day time. The double room has a little nice small balcony from which you can admire a glimpse of lake and the many boats approaching the shore during the day time. Elisabetta was a great host. Our flight was delayed and we did not arrive until 2:00 a.m. so she provided excellent instructions for us to get into the property and garage. Apartment was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable.

If you are looking for an apartment in Bellagio…BOOK THIS APARTMENT NOW! This apartment was a dream.
The location was perfect for us. 30 steps up from the lake level was good when carrying luggage. Central to everything we wanted to do, close to the ferry station.
The outside area had tables and chairs with grapevines. One night we put the tables together and had a dinner for 7. Elisabetta provided a tablecloth for us to use.
Inside was clean, comfortable furniture and everything we needed for our stay. And the A/C was much appreciated with the heat in Europe while we were there. Oh, it was very quiet too.
Elisabetta was a great host. She responded to my emails and answered all my questions and told me the best route to take from the airport to Bellagio. When in Bellagio, she gave advise and was always available to answer questions.
Thank you Elisabetta for having us and for your hospitality. You made Bellagio a trip of a lifetime.

This apartment is perfectly located in downtown Bellagio! It is walking distance to the ferries, all of the restaurants and wine bars you could want, and more! The apartment owner, Elisabetta, was incredibly gracious and helped us park our car. She then showed us the apartment, gave us the keys and left us to enjoy it!
The apartment was absolutely perfect in terms of size. We want to return and stay here again! If we could give this place 10 out of 5 stars - we would! Thank you so much!

Incredible apartment in a perfect location!

Heel fijn
We hebben twee heerlijke dagen gehad in dit super leuke plaatsje aan het Comomeer. Het appartement ligt heel centraal met aan het ene uiteinde van de steeg/trap het prachtige meer en aan het andere uiteinde het leuke winkelstraatje. Elisabetta raadde ons van alles aan in de buurt en om lekker te eten en was heel vriendelijk.

Appartement cosy, idéalement situé
Pour notre premier séjour au bord du lac de Côme, nous ne pouvions espérer mieux. La propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse, très accueillante, nous renseignant sur les choses à faire ou à voir, de precieux conseils. L' appartement est très beau, propre, bien équipé, la terrasse est vraiment très agréable !
Idéalement situé.
Stationnement et circulation difficile, une solution de garage (en surcout) nous a été proposé. Ensuite on découvre le lac avec les bateaux.

Lovely comfortable place in the middle of Bellagio
We had a wonderful stay at Elisabetta's place. The location couldn't be any better, and the apartment is very comfortable, particularly because of the attention to detail and quality (e.g. very good bed, soft towels and pillows, good showet etc). Thank you for a lovely time!

The best place in Bellagio!!
We came to Bellagio for 3 nights and I am beyond happy that we chose this apartment! It is perfect. The location is a dream and close to everything. Only a short walk up the stairs and you are home! The apartment was very comfortable and updated. It was spotless and had everything you could need. Elsabetta was so kind and genuine and provided us with perfect recommendations for our stay (to which we took full advantage of visiting every spot). There is a fantastic restaurant right around the corner, a small market which I would buy fruit and water from, and right up the stairs from the lake and all of the lake side restaurants / shops. I cannot say enough wonderful things and would not want to stay anywhere else in Bellagio!!

A Gem
We spent on week at Il Cortiletto making Bellagio our home base for exploring Lake Como. The apartment's location is outstanding with only a matter of steps to the hub af Bellagio's activity... shops, restaurants and ferries. In spite of its central location the apartment is quiet, clean and air conditioned. A private patio under the grape vine adds to the charm. The kitchen is well equipped should one want to cook up some pasta. Would recommend without any reservation. Excellent choice.

The apartment was really clean, well equipped and in an excellent location. Elisabetta, the owner, was really welcoming, helpful, and gave lots of good advice about the local area. We loved Bellagio, and having secure parking, at an extra cost, was so useful!!

The perfect base in Bellagio. So close to the ferries, great restaurants and the mini-market and such a lovely space to relax in when not out sightseeing. We really appreciated the outdoor dining table and enjoyed many a pre-dinner drink there.
The apartment was very clean and well equipped and Elisabetta was a great host. We hope to return soon and would recommend to anyone.

Great location in the old part of town.
A very convenient location, just off a lovely quiet courtyard. The kitchen is a little basic, which is only a problem if cooking at home, but otherwise the apartment is well-equipped. Internet access was adequate, but there were very few English TV channels (news only). Very clean and pleasant decor. Overall, we would say the location is the best feature and would choose this apartment again if we visit Bellagio.

A Great Apartment in the Centre of Bellagio
My friend & I stayed for 3 nights in this great apartment. Communication with the owner, Elisabetta, was always friendly, prompt and clear. Elisabetta's friend checked us in and explained everything. She also recommended her family pizzeria nearby called Baba Yaga Steak House & Pizza (Via Eugenio Vitali, 8). We would highly recommend it – it was the best pizza we had during our vacation in Italy! The apartment is as it appears in the pictures and is spacious with a large bathroom and 2 bedrooms with large wardrobes in each. The extra touches like movies available for us to watch, soap and lots of extra towels was appreciated. The apartment is steps from the passenger ferry dock and has a lovely courtyard. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy it as it rained all 3 days we were in Bellagio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

A perfect place to stay in Bellagio!
My friends and I were lucky enough to stay at Il Cortiletto during the end of a 10-day Italy trip. I had a good feeling about the place from the time of booking, given Elisabetta's always prompt and informative emails. From the moment we arrived in Bellagio and Elisabetta met us at the ferry, we knew we'd hit a home run. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, well-appointed and well-stocked for your vacation needs. It's located in the middle of town, steps from the water and ferry stations. Elisabetta & Co. helped plan our entire stay in Bellagio, giving us excellent recommendations for activities, dining and transportation. Every recommendation we followed--touring Villa Serbelloni, dining at Hotel Florence, swimming at Lido--was perfect. The one minor maintenance issue we had with the apartment was resolved immediately. The true icing on the cake was taking a cooking class with Silvana at Gusto Italiano, their adjacent cooking school. We spent a lovely 4 hours making a full Italian dinner, and enjoying it in the apartment-adjacent courtyard. (The courtyard is open to guests when the cooking class is not in session, making it the perfect place to enjoy a bottle of wine at the end of a day in Bellagio.) All of this for an incredible price. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I can't give Il Cortiletto and the wonderful family who owns it a higher recommendation. BOOK NOW!

Oh my, I cannot imagine having stayed anywhere else! It was in the perfect location to fully experience all that Bellagio has to offer.
The beautifully decorated apartment was clean, well stocked with all we needed and Betta was so helpful and wonderful to us during our stay. We felt at home and could have stayed a month! It was very hard to leave this little piece of paradise. Thank you!!

Pleasant stay in Bellagio
We had a fantastic stay at Il Cortiletto apartment over the Easter break. The apartment was lovely and in the most central part of the village imaginable. Elisabetta, the host, was very friendly, helpful and welcoming to us and gave us good local information about the surroundings of the lake.
All in all, it is a great place to stay!
