This place is an absolute bargain. It offers a medium size room and a large bathroom in a row of 4 cabins. There is no other building so don’t expect a lounge etc. it has some cute chairs outside the room and breakfast is served in the garden. The host is super attentive and manages the interactions well. He was really keen to ensure we have everything we need.
Would be great to have another building eg a lounge or restaurant to offer more space.

Our host (Yugie) was an absolute delight. Provided us with extras such as afternoon teas, cool refreshments, transport in his tuk tuk just about whenever we wanted and to a couple of really excellent restaurants, the best of all b eing 'The Shed'. Yugie, a warm and friendly man, could not do enough for us. The facilities were exceptionally clean and quite adequate to our needs. Highly recommended.
The location of his business is at least tuk tuk distance from the town. If there were a couple of bicycles provided that would be a fun ride but the town is too far away to walk.

This is a homestay - with a few rooms attached to the owners house. However the rooms had good privacy and were clean and comfortable. The host was willing to go the extra mile to make our stay an enjoyable mile. The Sri Lankan breakfast we asked for was a little basic - but very tasty.
A few things about the room could be improved - a chair and a table perhaps. Other than that everything was very good value for money.

The staff were friendly and very helpful and easy to contact on whatsapp. We were a group of 6 friends and had two bookings. One of the apartments was more modern and nicer (with air con) compared to the 3 -bed apartment. The views were stunning and the location was great for accessing the 9-arch bridge but a bit further from the main town but easily accessible by tuk tuk. The facilities were basic but spacious.
The bathrooms were very moldy and did not have any ventilation. lots of holes in the mosquito nets in the bedrooms. No air con in the downstairs 3-bed apartment. The beds were not very comfy.
