Recommended !

Great location, just inside the old town. Very close to places of interest and a good range of bars/ restaurants. The balcony is lovely - just enough space for two to sit with a drink and watch the sun go down over the sea. Owners very pleasant and helpful

The place is lovely for a short stay - if you’re staying more than a couple of days you may find it a little claustrophobic as it’s quite small.

Delightful experience in old town

Beautiful place - beautiful location. Wonderful hosts.

A little hard to find but we did not contact host for directions. Shared bathroom- but wasn’t a big issue. Never had a problem but just prefer private.

Very good

- The apartment is good in everything, there is also a little kitchen and a little balcon - The owner is very kind, she waited for us in the night because we delayed because of traffic - The view from the balcon is nice and the neighborhood is quiet

- You can pay only by cash - There is no parking, so you have to find it outside the starigrad

Nice and quiet place in the old town close to centre

The checknin was easy. The young lady and her family were welcoming and friendly. The appartment is nicely furnished and aircon is great too. Great views from the little balcony. Very close to centre although no noise at all. Small beach Liman is 5 minute walk

Our stay here was so much more than we expected: you get a super comfortable flat, furnished with everything (even a kitchen). Besides, you can enjoy a unforgettable sunset from the balcony. This place really exceeded our expectations.

Adorable accomodation with lovely hosts and an amazing view!

I loved every second of my stay in guesthouse Maritimo. It has the perfect location and is only a few meters from some beaches. The surrounding is nice and quiet and the view as written before, stunning. Genta and her family have been very hospitable and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The internet is working great which was very useful as I was working during the day and needed a stable internet connection. The appartment is very clean and the bed super comfortable. I did not even need the aircondition. Leaving the windows and balcony door open was enough to keep the room nice and cool during the night. I would always come back to this place, should I stay in Ulcinj again.

If you are planning to cook regularly, you might run into some issues, as there is only one pot and basic equipment to cook. However, there are so many nice restaurants around that I recommend rather to go and enjoy the local cuisine instead of cooking.

The view from the balcony is incredibly beautiful! Nicely equipped, bed was very comfortable, location is perfect: right in the Old Town. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. We would have liked to stay longer!

Excellent and beautiful view from the terrace :)

The staff was very kind. In the end, we got small gifts. Thanks a lot, Senada. The apartment was very comfortable, with two air-conditioners that are very important and useful for us. We had a beautiful view from the terrace of our apartment, where we enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and evening overlooking the sea. The location of the apartment is in the Old Town area, without parking, but very nice and close to the center of the Town and "Mala plaza"/ Little Beach. We can suggest this apartment to everyone.

The apartment didn't have parking, like all apartments in the Old Town. This is not a negative rating, just Info for the future tourists.

A delight.

My flight was delayed, but the hosts waited up until nearly 2 am to meet us where we parked to lead us to the house. Second, they gave us an upgrade to the apartment (we'd rented the studio) and they did not charge. They could not have been kinder and more helpful. The view was possibly the loveliest in Ulcin. Both the enormous terrace and the view from the apartment bedroom window looked out onto the Adriatic Sea. We slept with windows and doors open to enjoy the breeze, and there were no mosquitos and no noise. Even though it had been a hot day, we did not need air conditioning. The old city of Ulcin is tiny and full of characters, and this place was just a step away from everything. We loved it and would return in a heartbeat!

Wonderful spot.

It was in the old town. Wonderful location and so quiet. We were lost but the hosts came to pick us up and take us to their own place. Easy walk to the promenade and beaches.

There was nothing not to like about this place.

Superb

The apartment is situated in the heart of old city so it's a great location with nice view. Hosts are very hospitable and helpful. Worth to stay there!

The view from the balcony was not that great as shown on pictures. It was little bit hard to get to the apartment because the information board with the hotel name wasn't on the building after the high season, but just call the host and they will help you! And there is a very little space in the kitchenette.
