Nothing to dislike

This is a wonderful B&B. David is a great host. He cares for his house and the guests. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and is a wealth of knowledge for things to do in the local Cotswolds area. The breakfast is exceptional, cooked to order (you order the night before) and has a good range of choices. The room was clean and met my expectations and a good representation from the website photos. The location is an easy stroll into town and there are a good number of restaurants to chose from for lunch or dinner (the beer garden at the Duke of Wellington was worth a visit. We particularly enjoyed the music at breakfast in the morning and chatting with David. Would recommend staying here.

No criticism of David or Coombe house but given the extremely hot and dry conditions when we stayed there the garden was a bit dry, but thats understandable given the conditions, the gardens in normal conditions would be great and we enjoyed them as we saw them.

The place has every amenity. We loved every little detail that made us feel right at home. David was an excellent host, attentive to every question. Just steps away from the town center. Excellent breakfast!
