We enjoyed the easy access to Burton on the water, and liked it was out in the country away from the busy crowds. Our ground floor room was very comfortable. We liked the comfortable beds and mini frig, having a sofa for lounging and an easy parking space out front. The Breakfast is excellent, fresh fruit, and many choices for eggs and meat, etc depending on your preference. We enjoyed visiting the goats out back. Jill was just a wonderful host. Burton on the water is a busy town during the day but quiets down about 5 pm and is very peaceful and easy to find a restaurant after the day trippers leave.

Very pretty property. Our room was spotlessly clean and tidy. Loved the little dressing area. I also loved the pretty free-standing bath. We had fresh milk and bottled water in our fridge along with a selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, biscuits and little chocolate bars.
