great location, beds were a little low but really comfy. Good facilities.
The bathroom on a couple of the rooms were private but across the corridor which may be a little daunting to some people.

The room was a decent size. Bathroom was very spacious. Location was great, right on the front with beautiful views. Plenty tea, coffee and a kettle in room.
Actually didn't realise it wasn't a hotel but a serviced room. The decor, bed and linen was tired to say the least. The shower cabinet was tiny and and the hot water supply and pressure was very sporadic. Quite noisy at night, as needed the windows open for ventilation, but not a huge issue as quietened down later on.
