Wonderful breakfast, and staff were so friendly. Location was very quiet, and the walk to Brodick was fine, and convenient bus stops to the south.
Lock was a bit wobbly on the bedroom door. Any chance of an ashtray or, ciggie bin near the bench please?

Breakfast was great. The fruit salad was a highlight
Host was cheerful and welcoming oomph had every facility one could wish
WiFi was available but did not allow Internet access. This was a major disadvantage as guests will want to check fery status or make golf, restaurant etc reservations.
Carpeting throughout was very grubby with dog paw prints in many places including our rom where they had been left by a previous guest's dog

Convenient location , fit for purpose , z Mitch was a lovely host and took us to our meeting 8 miles away as we couldn’t get a taxi!

Not a lot tbh.Breakfast was fine.
Towels were damp.
Cobwebs in various places throughout.
No sign of owner all weekend.
