Location, cost, comfortable bed, very good breakfast.
The so-called bathroom was very small and tight to when the tap was turned on the water came over the edge of the sink. The water flow in the electric shower was very low but just about did the job.

The views from room 5 are exceptional. The shower was very powerful and easy to use . The bed was very comfortable . The food was outstanding , freshly cooked and puping hot .
The only thing i personally would have liked to have seen was a wee comfortable chair to either watch the TV or the stunning views. I do however realise , that the constraints of the room size make this difficult.

Good location and nice views of the harbour. Very pleasant staff. Breakfast was lovely. Good produce and served nice and hot. Evening meal was nice. Nothing exceptional but we both enjoyed it.
Small room but comfortable beds and nice and warm. Small bar area but cosy. No complaints from us.
Area a bit quiet for us but it's end of October so its to be expected. Probably different in the summer.

Lovely harbour view, comfy bed.
We were told on arrival that the kitchen was closing at about 7pm and no breakfast at the property but we could dine at a sister hotel next door but one. The ensuite was tiny, we are not larger built and still struggles to use the shower and w/c.
When we arrived at our room it was freezing cold, the radiators didn’t work so informed reception and they quickly resolved this.
The food at the Harbour inn was just food, the Cumberland sausage was terrible, rubbery and bland, same sausage in the morning so didn’t eat it.
