The balcony and the view was amazing. Access to the old town, restaurants, shops and the beach was great.
The jacuzzi and the steam shower were a but dated and could be upgraded. Some bits were falling apart.

The property was wonderful, and the price was reasonable.
The chemical smell in the elevator, the motion detector lights in the hallway were too spaced, and the heat in the hallway was oppressive.

Great location and spotlessly clean. Manuela was also very responsive and facilitating.
Would love the west facing front apartment for the sunsets but we can’t really complain as we got to see them anyway eventually when the sun came really low.

The room was very clean
There are no instructions for the shower/turkish bath/sauna combo. There weren't any instructions for the air com either. We couldn't figure out how to turn off the lights. There isn't a staff member on premises and the closest parking is 3 blocks away in the parking of a local supermarket. You can't leave the windows open for this reason - that and the sulfur smell off of the beach.
The hotel also overlooks a busy roundabout, and you can see the beach, but it does take away from the view.
There is no local information of suggestions for things to do or places to go.
