Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht; die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die Nähe zum Flughafen Alghero ist von Vorteil.
Die Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar.
Die Parkplätze sind kostenlos, aber in der Haupturlaubszeit nicht einfach zu finden.

Communication was excellent from the very beginning. All instructions were sent via WhatsApp, and as soon as our room was ready, we received a message offering an early check-in at no extra charge, which was a very thoughtful touch.
The room was modern, clean, well-maintained, and felt almost brand new. Although the property is located among residential apartment buildings, it has its own private courtyard area, which was a huge bonus for us as we were traveling with our small dog. After many days spent in cities on a leash, he absolutely loved being able to relax and move around safely.
Another feature we really appreciated was the shared kitchen area, equipped with a fridge, cooking facilities, a coffee machine with capsules, and even some cookies and sweet treats for breakfast. These small details made us feel very welcome.
The bathroom was equally well-equipped, with shower gel and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
There is no private parking, but we found plenty of parking spaces on the surrounding streets, so it was never an issue.
Overall, we were genuinely impressed by how thoughtfully maintained and organized everything was. A wonderful stay, excellent value, and highly recommended.
