I genuinely wasn’t expecting much as the price was so reasonable but I absolutely loved it. The private gated entrance and drapes on the terrace gave it a mini villa feel and a real Spanish holiday . The studio was small but had everything I needed and more and I loved having so much outdoor space. Everything was spotless and I loved the folder with recommendations of places to eat etc. It was only a 3 minute walk to Aldi and so anyone wanting a budget holiday could easily eat well in the apartment. It was equipped with everything you could think of.
There was nothing really not to like. It’s a little set back from the main town centre but only a short walk for an average person. I have mobility issues so it was more challenging for me but I did t want to leave the apartment anyway as I loved it that much and my booking was for some chill out time which I totally got.
It didn’t bother me but the staff used the terrace to access a staff toilet which people should be aware means there’s no exclusive private terrace or balcony in this apartment . Every staff member I did meet though was so nice and friendly that it was actually nice when they did come through.

Et très calme.
Ainsi qu’un passage du personnel dans la semaine pour nettoyer le logement.
Forte odeur au niveau du siphon de la salle de bain (lavabo).

The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. Complete accessories and other small items, including a parasol. Friendly staff and wonderful cleaners.

We only talk to the staff through the phone, but they seemed very friendly and helpful. We wanted to shorten our stay to only one night cause the apartment was infested with mosquitoes, and they were very comprehensive.
The staff member told us that the higher floor apartment didn’t suffer from this problem so much.
We had a three day stay and shortened it to only one night. The apartment was infested with mosquitoes, we had to go and buy a plug-in antimosquitoes. We put the ac to the max cause of the mosquitoes and it was so loud that it was impossible to sleep.
The ac in the livingroom didn’t work and it leaked water, so in the morning the living area was flooded.
The smell in the bathroom in the morning was terrible.
We were charged 92€ for that terrible night stay, as we had to pay the full cleaning fee of 45€.
