nice, a bit far out, NO AIRCON !

big spacious apartment, plenty of room for us all. fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. well equipped kitchen. great pool. quiet location and neighbours.

only air-con in 1 bedroom, not good enough, the owners really have to upgrade the air con, this should be a deal breaker for summer stays.

Very good

Location, quiet area within easy walk of beaches and town, scenic view from terrace and balcony (but largely shaded in Feb).

Plumbing issues, no hot water downstairs sink, not enough hot water for six to shower in the morning. Sparsely furnished, eg not enough bed side tables

Dirty, dirty, dirty!

The apartment is quite big. There were 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We've had 2 traces - both on the west side. There is parking very close to the apartment. The area where apartment is located is quite nice, quiet and clean.

It started with the keys - we supposed to get info day before when the apartament will be ready. We didn't get any information day before. When I've written on the arriving day - I've got answer after few hours. Doesn't matter much, however when I've got answer that apartment is ready and question how long it would take for me to arrive - I've answer that I'll be in 20 min and jump into the car. I've waited in front of the house for 1.5h. I've tried to call the number on the booking - no answer. The location of the apartment on booking is also not exact. Finally when I've got the keys and paid deposit (200 EUR) I could see the flat - it was very dirty. It seems for me that they have just cleaned the floor, change bed linens and wash the dishes ... The bathroom was worst. My wife spend 3 hours to clean a bit this apartment. Few pictures at the attachment ... And the flat wasn't cheap. For the price that we've paid - I would expected to have at least clean place to stay ...

Very bad experiance

The apartment was large and spacious with plenty of storage space.

Air condition only in one bedroom No mosquito nets in windows Dirty bathrooms and dirty sofa Very old towels Host was not there to return our deposit - and then inform us that he is charging us for dirty sheets 100 euro. Host was ignoring my questions about the amount of deposit. They rent us a car that was in a very bad condition - engin light was lightening - when we said we don`t want it they still charge 25 euros - we didn`t get any invoice or contract for that We did not get invoice for our stay or for used deposit We paid for extra cleaning 50 euros - the person who was doing that came for one hour and just wash off the floors leaving other things dirty tennis courts outside the window - there was a tournament all day for two weeks - it was loud Owner was ignoring my messages

Exceptional

I really loved the views from both terraces!the apartment is in a good and silent neighbourhood.The owners were very responsive and I am gratefull that they let as make the check in earlier and check out later.

It was amazing staying with the excellent view from all the rooms- calm, comfortable, well equiped.

The house owners were very kind and nice. We could put our things earlier to this apartament, so it was helpful for us with a lot of luggages. In apartament was all the necesary things, even we found some swim toys for kids. The view from the apartament is amazing - it's the last street, so is calm, not crowded and it would be the place for your car. Stunning view opens from the main room - where is first floor terrace - there is palm view, you can see the ocean and each evening sunsets. Also from the terrace view is visible La Gomera island. From the second floor main room you can see as well all the same view - it also has big terrace where you can enjoy. It was swimming pool with a nice view around. The neighbours were calm (we met a lot of lithuanian people living around). In this community it's also promenade with nice green palm view :)

would def stay again great views they were a huge bonus was not expecting it fantastic

Fab balcony's yet no pictures, they are the best views, need pictures on site. location great pool is nice. lots of storage space hosts very nice

needs better pillows for beds needs more air con only one in main bedroom or fans in other bedrooms might help but we had main bedroom so we were great, but the rest moaned it was to warm

Exceptional

View from 3 terrace balconies to the ocean! Sunrise and sunset right from your windows. "Last street" before the cliff, no other houses disturb beautiful view. Less noise too. Big TV screen with youtube and netflix. :)

Internet was not the top level. Time by time signal dissapeared.

Superb

Very spacious apartment, we felt very comfortable there, also has two big balconies (with a nice view). Very responsive homeowners, quickly answering all the outstanding questions. Flexible check-in/check-out time.

The apartment was a bit further away from all the action in Costa Adeje/Las Americas (required a longer walk or taking a cab).

Place worth to stay

Good location in calm neighborhood, very nice swimming pool, always find a parking place, inside everything you need, 2 big balconies, in general spacious appartment, wi-fi working well

Beach is down the hill, but it was not a problem for us. Nothing else bad to say. We would choos it again

Very good

The comunity is safe, has it's own pool. Locked and safe. The apartment has 2 floors and is very good for 2 families with kids, as it has 4 bedroom and bathroom on every floor. Nice teraces on every floor. Nice appartment owerall. The owners allowed to check in early, leave the bags and chill by the pool, til the appartment was ready.

There was no peeler, no good pan, things that make life easier. We bought our self the missing stuff. In kids bedroom under the bed and in Living Room under the couch was a full of dirt, as kids are going every where that was noticed right in 2 minutes. Under kids bed was even half a boutle smoothie and paymentrecipies. Not very safe for kids. Buthtub and bathroom were also dirty, we cleaned it right away and didn't spoil our vacation.
