Big room, good air con, comfortable bed, breakfast, airport shuttle. Great host.
A bit noisy as facing a busy road but earplugs were provided.

Sleeping one night in casa di Mirko was very comfortables specially the staff were very helpful and made our stay very relaxing

Everything was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to stay near the airport because we arrived late in the evening. Giovanni picked us up from the airport, and communication with him was very quick and easy. Once we arrived at the accommodation, Mirko welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know.
I really liked the idea of organizing breakfast individually for each room. Our room was more like a small apartment, with a kitchen included, although we didn’t need to use it.
The next morning, Mirko and Giovanni also helped us with bus tickets to get to the city center, which we really appreciated.
They are truly wonderful, warm, and welcoming people. Communication was extremely fast and effortless, and the accommodation provided exactly what we needed. We wholeheartedly recommend Casa di Mirko, and if we return, we will definitely choose to stay here again.
It is true that there is some street noise, as other guests have also mentioned, but the accommodation provides earplugs for guests who are more sensitive to noise. We were very tired, so we fell asleep quite easily.
