The host was very nice and helpful - whenever we needed anything, all we had to do was ask in the chat. The room looked very nice and the bed was comfy. We were really scared about the accommodation prior to coming because of the recent negative reviews but it turned out fine - the additional costs turned out to be only the city tax that is already stated on Booking while booking the accommodation. The neighborhood is also okay in my opinion, the people there were very nice, especially after saying hi in Italian. Breakfast consisted of some pastries like croissants and biscuits (as seen in the pictures I took) and there was also juice and the option to make coffee. I would appreciate instructions on how to use the coffee maker though.
Oh and the balcony was absolutely great in the night because you can see planes coming from quite close.
The host doesn't speak much English but we used Google translate and it was fine.
The accommodation was quite far from the centre which would normally be fine by me but the italian public transport doesn't really adhere to any strict schedules so you could wait for a bus for 40mins if it was late (we used the R5 bus as it was most reliable).
The biggest issue of the accommodation was the bathroom. While it looks great on the first glance, it does have issues that made me rate this accommodation with less stars. Firstly, there was the sewage smell after each toilet flush. The toilet was also quite loud. Then, the shower- the shower head was broken so the stream went to all directions and water would also leak under the shower glass as the sealing didn't work properly. Lastly, we could hear a lot of noises around us like planes outside or the people from the neighbouring flats.

Sono stata purtroppo solo una notte Genny l’host gentilissimo è disponibile per qualsiasi cosa la posizione non è in centro ma ci si arriva in 10 minuti per poi non parlare della pulizia e del arredo della struttura ve lo consiglio buona fortuna Genny baci

The room was clean.
Breakfast reminded me of prison Food. The Host showed Up 1hour late so i Had to wait in the street for one hour. Breakfast was late and i didnt Receive any breakfast at all on my 2nd day of stay even though i paid for it.
