Trasite's location is in an old, interesting and safe area of Naples although public transport to the centre is a short walk away so you need to wear decent shoes. Fresh juice and pastries provided for breakfast and fruit: oranges, apples and sometimes bananas.
The TV in the room did not work on all channels but this was rectified the next day and was confirmed by WhatsApp.
Some days there were lovely extra little touches like coffee beans and locally baked biscuits left in the room but the comments below should be a priority before this type of enhancement - Thanks but no thanks!
The following comments are constructive criticism and hope that Martina takes note to help improve the comfort and stay for her guests:
This the first place we have every been where the owner has not presented themselves everything was done by WhatsApp, it would have been good to have had a face to face conversation as it is lengthy and laborious trying to ask questions via WhatsApp all the time when a 5 minute conversation would have answer most if not all our questions.
We had to leave the tourist tax in an envelope in the room asked for our Passport ID digitally which we did not feel happy about this, every where else we have been, present themselves and do it all face to face.
To get to the property you will need a taxi especially from the airport who all the drivers give you different prices - Insist on pay by meter, when we asked a few drivers this they ignored us and went towards some other naive tourists to rip off! We eventually got one but was hard work and wasted about half hour of our time after a long journey! It would therefore be very helpful if Martina could team up with a taxi company and add it to her service offerings to make it easier for her guests?
NOTE: The breakfast room is dark, the lighting needs improving it also does not have A/C or even a fan! The room was very very hot, too uncomfortable to sit and eat breakfast, there is no dishes to have cereal or cook anything in the microwave so we don't know why its there or how she expects you to do anything in it other than perhaps a ready meal? So we had to improvise and poach eggs in a cup! We rushed doing this as it was unbearable in the heat we could not wait to get back to our A/C room. It maybe better in winter though? But be warned and prepared for it! There is not a sink to wash up either, we ask her about this and she said to just leave them on top of the fridge and she would attend to it.
All the above are easy to put right Martina!

Expectional in every single way!
I've been to 45 countries, hundreds of cities and probably thousands of hotels/hostels/apartments. This is one of my very best experiences EVER.
Let's start - very comfy , and spacious apartment, separeted bedroom, large open-space living room with keetchen. Comfy beds, and everything is very clean (not always the case in average Napolitan acomodation).
Breakfast and space where the breakfast is served is so unique and traditional, we liked it so much!
View through the window and terrace is so unique and beautiful! Also, we liked the neighbours too much, it's exactly what we're looking for.
The owner is also very professional, sweet girl. I have literally nothing to complain !
Highly recomanded!
It's not problem for us, but I just want others to notice:
- Neighbourhood Sanita. It is literally what we're looking for, but for someone, it could be chaotic, confusing, dirty, etc. It's not "turistical" dostrict, but unique napolitan Neighbourhood fool of local shops and local people. We like it very much.
SECOND - breakfast. For us, it was amazing (as I mentioned before), but please, notice that it is TRAD.ITALIAN breakfast, so there's no sausages, eggs etc. Inform yourself in advance what is italian breakfast:)
- No elevator, 2nd floor (not problem for us, despite we had a 3 y.o, and 72 y.old in our group, but for someone else, maybe it's problematic.

I chose our accommodation due to its proximity to the city centre and my love of immersing myself in the local culture - as well as my great love for comedy. Martina has been an absolutely exceptional host. We loved our torta and daily amazing pastries. Martina has been very quick to reply and so kind in all of her communication! We returned each day to a fresh, spotless room. The apartment is so, so tastefully decorated - a great eye for detail. it's only around ten minutes away from the Pizza Cavour Market. The local markets are absolutely fantastic and great value for money. The people of Sanita are absolutely amazing. Missing being there, it felt like home. Thank you, Martina!
