The owner of the place is very nice! Nice location, and good facilities. Also, the check in time is 12, earlier then most of the places :)
Everything really good only that lift of the building you need to pay 20 cents to use it but its ok.

Little noise from the main street but nothing that disturb us at all, the windows were pretty well made and isolated all the noise. But if you are very very light sleeper be aware.
