Good location . Spotlessly clean . Good breakfast
That check in was so early they did extend it until 10pm but we were still worried that we wouldn’t make it as we were travelling from Edinburgh and weren’t sure how long it would take us . We made it by 9.30 pm

- The property is located in a nice area with lots of amenities around and transport links (buses).
- The host greeted me on arrival and showed me around the property, explaining everything in detail.
- I understand that this is a matter of personal preference but for me the bed was very comfy and so were the pillows.
- There is a fridge and cutlery/crockery available if you would like to buy and store/eat your food while staying in this property.
- If you are vegan the breakfast options are very limited.
- The place was not particularly clean with plenty of dust and some dead insects on the window sills and in the shower there was hair from a previous guest trapped under the anti-slip mat along with a leftover piece of soap.

Breakfast was fine.
Owner was very helpful and supplied a local map and directions.
It was great being offered the use of eating facilities, e.g. microwave for a takeaway meal.
