Breakfast was good and they were more accommodating than in the past.
It is expensive when you compare it to other hotels and the offerings.

Very clean and modern style. Nice restaurant. Super comfortable bed.
The only problem was that the first night of three, the two dogs belonging to an adjacent home barked for at least two hours straight, from 2 to 4 AM. They were not barking like there was an emergency, just maybe answering other dogs father away. They alternated and it was constant. Luckily it didn’t happen again. Make sure you shut the window in the bathroom. Ours was open and it helped a little bit when I closed it.
Also the WiFi went out the second night, but we didn’t complain to the staff about either problem.

My friend and I recently stayed here for one night while visiting friends in Volcán. We had to leave early the next morning, before the breakfast room opened, but the staff still put together lunch bags for us to take on the road, a small touch that made a real difference.
The hotel itself is conveniently located, an easy base for exploring the area, and the bed was genuinely comfortable after a long day of travel. Staff throughout our stay were friendly and accommodating.
A short stay, but a great experience overall. Would happily book again next time we're in Volcán.
