KIDS AMENITIES If you come with kids, you will be able to enjoy a variety of toys and have access to any possible kids equipment: Pack'n'Play, full size crib, step stool, baby tub, changing pad, high chair, baby bath toys, baby and kids toys. Please note we do not replenish supplies. PARKING The tandem-parking garage fits one mid size SUV or 2 economy cars (the garage door is 100 inches wide and the garage itself is 110 inches wide). There is additional overnight parking available at a close by parking lot that the city just opened up to the public. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING For friend groups all must be over 30 years old. We have a NO smoking and NO pet policy. Kindly understand that at rare occasions we might not be able to move forward if a time frame requested does not fit well in our calendar. In this instance we will ask you to shift your dates or offer you alternatives if available. DAMAGE DEPOSIT We require a $500 refundable damage deposit.
