My home is a light and airy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,000+ square foot San Diego beach rental unit that sleeps 8 comfortably, with a maximum of 6 adults. My unit is on the "Sunny Side" of the court, with tons of natural light coming in throughout the day. Being on the sunny side also allows the unit to have a beautiful outdoor lounge area, that is perfect for morning coffee, evening bbq's and everything in-between. Your family will love this space and the proximity to the bay - just a few steps to the soft sand of Mission Bay. The beach will even feel somewhat private as well, away from the hustle and bustle of most busy beaches. This home is a lovely choice for families that are looking for a quieter stay at the beach. This home was recently remodeled and professionally redecorated in 2018, so it feels modern, updated and so well appointed that you won't need to bring much of anything for your trip. Go in through the patio to an open and inviting kitchen and living room area. You'll be able to cook meals here to enjoy with the whole family or clear the table to play board games and add a little bit of friendly competition to your vacation! If you're looking for excitement, you really need go no further than Mission Beach and its 5-mile long boardwalk. Belmont Park is a must-do, as is riding its historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster. This is a fun beachfront amusement park the entire group will enjoy, regardless of age. My property is in South Mission Beach about 50 yards to the Bay and right across the street from the ocean. Attention: This rental is located in a very quiet, high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting. We loved the way the condo is tucked between an easy walk to Bayside and to the boardwalk and beach on the ocean. Great location!
The challenge regarding the location are two things - the construction (the began working on the Allerton alley) the morning we were packing up to leave. Easily, we were able to get the car out of the garage in time. The other location issue (no fault of the owner) is the proximity to the the flight pattern of many, loud, low flying planes.
The neighbors were friendly. It was a delight to surrounded by beautiful flowers and Christmas decorations.

Property was exactly as it is featured in the listing. Check in and out was extremely easy. Had everything we could have possibly needed already provided on the property. Loved the quick walk to the beach and short drive (15 minutes) to destinations all over San Diego.
Although the parking in garage is very small, there is free public parking nearby that was very convenient.

Lovely home for us to enjoy for 4 days! Easy to just walk across the street to the beach or walk out to the Bay Area. It was very comfortable and all the things we needed, except tissues. We did need to go buy those. Loved our stay and will return.

The condo was perfect in every way! The location was great and lovely. The kitchen was very well appointed as was the rest of the house! Everything you could possibly need. Towels, beach toys, chairs, etc. Coffee, coffee pots, spices and lots of paper goods. The beds were comfy and the place was immaculate! Would rent again!

This property is well designed, nicely decorated. Lots of beach toys, a bike and all you need for your stay. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood (except for the flight path) and you can park your car and walk. Try Lazy Eye Coffee and Sara’s Mexican Food plus all that Mission Beach has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfy beds. TV a little confusing with all the passwords required. Propane tank was empty, then when we checked out, found a full one in the garage. Loved the patio. Would suggest a light in the back corner. I fell tripping over the black square umbrella stand in the corner. All in all, loved our stay.

Our family of 4 adults and one child enjoyed our stay. The cottage is conveniently located within walking distance to both Mission Bay and Mission Beach on a quiet walkway. It was very well equipped including beach chairs and sand toys. The garage is small but the owner provided very clear instructions on the need for a small car and and our small SUV fit perfectly. The living areas including a nice outdoor patio are lovely and well appointed. Easy to communicate with owner and property manager.

The location was perfect, quiet serene neighborhood. Steps from the bay and the beach. Convenient parking for your car if the garage is too small.
The kitchen is well stocked and the rooms were just as pictured. And super tidy.

We visited San Diego because of my daughter’s graduation and Mission Beach was a great location to get around to all of SD. We walked to the bay and beach every day. In fact several days we walked the ocean path to Pacific Beach. This home is everything as advertised and very comfortable for our group of 5 adults.

Very cute beach rental. We enjoyed relaxing on the patio, exploring the beaches and eating at the many local restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is spotlessly clean. Parking in Mission Bay is tough, so we were very appreciative of the the rental's assigned parking spot. It is a tight turn, but we were able to fit a RAV 4 SUV completely in the garage.
We would highly recommend this rental for other SD vacationers!

The house was comfortable, clean & spacious for our needs. Love the front patio & the surrounding homes. Quiet neighborhood & close to the beach. Only drawback was the small garage. We were unable to park our Subaru Ascent. Had to find an empty parking space on Mission Avenue.

We had a great time in SD. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely rent again. Lacy was very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Yes the garage is small. We had our choice of rental cars (Tesla, Mercedes, Navigators, etc.) but went with the Prius, lol.

The house is on the southern end of mission beach near the point. It is steps away from the bay, which our kids loved. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and just a bit farther to the ocean. Far enough away from the nightlife to be very quiet and relaxed but certainly close enough to everything you could want. Check in and check out were a breeze. Don’t be afraid to try and park in the garage. The listing mentions that it’s for a small car but we easily fit a minivan in it- with the door open. We would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in Mission Bay. Excellent location for us. The weather was just warming up and we would have loved to stay a few more days to enjoy the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent! We didn’t have any issues or problems checking in or out! 😎

Although californias weather wasnt cooperating this house was absolutelly everything our family needed. It is just a block from the bay which is perfect for the little ones and in walking distance to belmont park. This is a lovely property!

Please never try this place all fake . They don’t have a parking they listed as has the parking in their garage I couldn’t park the car and there is a narrow way to get it . Even the small car can’t fit in the garage . Everyday you have to looking for the parking spot on the street and it is not available most of the time . House smell like an old house and air system didn’t work properly . There was a tenant upstairs they start moving furniture or do some work after 10pm … l didn’t know what they were doing they were making noises look like dragging the furniture….
The soup and shampoos the house was so low quality my 5 year old daughter starting showing skin reaction to the soups and my hands started being dry and itchy all the time . Overall the picture dnd rating the owner put in the media is totally different from reality. I have received the email and she was asking for giving hight rate at the beginning……
It was a very bad experience…. We never try it again …. You can find menu better places with higher quality and lower price ….

I booked this property for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The girls and I thought the place was super cute and was ideal for our weekend away. The property description was perfect! 5 miles of boardwalk with so many fun things to do.
The breakfast recommendation of Drift Cafe was perfect too! So yummy and great service!

We stayed at this space for a bit before we boarded a cruise. It was in a great location to most all things we wanted to see! Not a bad drive to la Jolla cove, or the safari. Very vlose to sea world if that is something you're wanting to check out. Our house was in walking distance to the bay and a short drive to the ocean. Perfect place for our family to spend time together and great space for playing games and gathering. Lacy thought of everything! We had a van and it couldn't fit in the garage, parking on the street was doable :)

The house was just what we were looking for. House was nicely furnished and the outdoor patio was another great spot to hang out. Quiet neighborhood on the south end of Mission Beach. It’s was an easy walk to the bay or to the beach. There was also a few bars and convenience stores a few blocks away. Owner was very responsive to our questions and even allowed us to check in early since there was no one staying there the night before. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was clean and very well stocked. Excellent location to ocean and bay to walk with very little kids. Patio was a delight to soak up the sun even in December! A wonderful retreat where you can just park and not go anywhere for days! Would definitely stay here again.

We traveled with our 3 adult kids to SanDiego and had a lovely time at this condo. Everything was very comfortable. Close to all of the sights and convenient to the beach. The parking area is very small. Do not try to park anything larger than a small SUV.

We loved our stay, we were looking for a quite and cozy place for a fall beach trip and this was definitely it. More entertainment was also very close if we felt like adventuring. The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies which made cooking seamless. Close walk to the bay and ocean. Would love to come back next year!

The house and location are amazing. It worked great for out family and being so close to the Bay was the best for our kiddos. We had a little problem with the water heat, but they had someone there within a hour and had it fixed. Very friendly host. The communication was great. We would totally stay there again.

We absolutely loved our time at Mission Beach. This beautiful home is a stone’s throw from multiple beaches, and we were easily able to walk to the calmer bay beach or pacific side where our kids enjoyed the waves. We also loved being able to walk to Belmont Park for entertainment and dinner in the evening. Very nice home in a great neighborhood, very friendly neighbors!
The only thing that would have made our stay a little bit easier would have been a beach wagon. We were so happy to have beach chairs, towels and toys though!
