Situated in Mission Beach, this lovely condo for $474 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Beautiful luxurious former condo of NFL Hall of Fame Quarterback and Former condo for US Senator from California! Absolutely Amazing Three bedroom and Two bath private gated beach condo with breathtaking views of Mission Beach Channel and Ocean Beach located at the southern-most tip of mission beach. This beautiful vacation home has the largest patio in all of Mission Beach that has convenient access to San Diego’s famous Mission Beach boardwalk that is a biker/runner/walker paradise. Only steps away are the longest flattest sandy beach in the State of California, this home is perfectly located with plenty beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, and even an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a long day at the beach. Fun activities, such as volleyball, basketball, surfing, boogie boarding, are located directly outside the door on the beach. The large open family style kitchen connects to the family room that also has views of breathtaking sunsets. The spacious family room entails wrap around sliding glass doors to fully appreciate the ocean breeze. Amazing indoor/outdoor living with a beautiful private patio that can accommodate large parties. The master bedroom is gorgeous with a walkout balcony to view the beautiful sunsets and a jacuzzi bathtub to relax and enjoy spectacular ocean views as well. This condo is really the most comfortable spot to spend your beach vacation. Parking is sometimes an issue at the beach but not here! Two private gated parking spots with plenty of public on-street parking are readily available. You can’t miss Belmont Amusement Park, located in the heart of Mission Beach. Besides the iconic roller coaster, there are many other rides and games perfect for a day of fun. You can also find various different restaurants and bars for everyone to enjoy. You can easily rent fun ways of getting around like bikes and scooters. Or if you’re into getting into the water, you’re in luck! You can take the family for a whale watching tour, deep sea fishing trip or some sailing. Not only do you have access to the beach, but the beautiful Mission Bay also only steps to the east. The little ones can play safely in the calm bay waters. Whether you’re at the bay or beach you can rent paddleboards, kayaks, and many other items for a fun day out in the sun. If you’re interested in exploring San Diego a little more in depth, you can check out San Diego’s downtown where the Gaslamp quarter which thrives tons of nightlife. Exciting baseball games played at San Diego’s Padres Petco Park is located in the heart of downtown San Diego. There is some of the most amazing Mexican food, entertainment, and shopping located in Old Town San Diego. Fashion Valley Mall is right down the road for a shopping trip to go beyond all of your wild shopping imaginations as it includes over 100 of the top fashion stores. You can check out Sea Port Village for a fun lunch and take a tour of the USS Midway ship all situated 15-20 min away from the condo. We are lucky to be almost next door to Sea World and it’s a must see with its new rides and its location is within 2 min of the home.

Brad's home worked well for our family getaway. Our party included 4 adults, one teen and one 7yo - all gals. We slept 2 per bedroom comfortably. Note that the bunkbed room sleeps 3 max, plus a portable crib (web posting says 4). This was not an issue for us.
The kitchen and living areas are generous and were clean, well-appointed and appropriately stocked for us. We enjoyed the comfy chairs and cuddle blankets in the mornings while watching the water out the windows and the dog park action across the water, beyond.
Mission Beach is a great location - walk right out the door onto the sand, a longer walk up the street to coffee and restaurants, and roughly 10 mins by car to almost everything in San Diego (Downtown, Zoo, Old Town, airport). I recommend this spot!

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The views and sunsets from the back deck were stunning! The condo is in the southern-most area of Mission Beach in a quiet neighborhood, but we were only minutes away from all the action, restaurants, etc. Brad was the perfect host and responded within minutes whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this oceanfront condo and will definitely return sometime soon!

The most responsive property owner ever! What a great location, right on the beach but at the end away from the fun at mission beach. Kids loved walking down beach to the amusement park every night, and walking back to peace. Super clean, super loaded with all needs, just a terrific VRBO experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It's a great location right at the end of Mission Beach, with beautiful views and easy walk out to the sand/water, volleyball courts, and boardwalk. FYI - there is a road on each side, so it's not the quietest of locations, but its very ideal for walking to the beach and down to Belmont Park. The house is quite large and very comfortable. There is a shed with all sorts of outdoor toys - boogie boards, a volleyball, beach chairs, sand toys, etc. that was very convenient and appreciated. They also provide a carton of water in the fridge, which was appreciated. We arrived at night, so it was a bit confusing to find the gate opening and then where the unit was, but the host was easy to reach to clarify and help us out. I would highly recommend this place and hope to return again!

very nice unit located at tip of Mission Beach with nice water views and easy access to beach. Not many places to eat nearby if you like reasonably short walk them.
one access to the complex (they all require codes to unlock) did not work. The actual unit was well equipped but had AC units (if necessary, but on the ocean so usually not needed) that lacked clear instructions and one made some noise if left on long. The sliding door screens to outside were all in need of repair and were very hard to open/close. all in all, a nice stay, and after a few hiccups, response from owner was excellent.

We had an enjoyable stay - Great views from bedroom, living room lanais. Fun watching sailboats, fun boats and fishing boat coming and going. Large outdoor deck - with big table and grill (even though we didn't use it). Very spacious. Somewhat noisy with airplanes from 6 AM till 10 PM every day! The major problem was with VRBO! They failed to correctly post my second payment to them. Because of that I had about 12 emails with Vrbo and over 20 back and forth texts with the host to correct their mistake. A lot of vacation time and aggravation caused by VRBO!

The location is fantastic it faces the bay and is a quick walk to beach even for us seniors plenty of room in the condo and I enjoyed the huge bathtub The wall opens up completely so you get beautiful breeze which was so wonderful we are planning on returning yearly The hurricane gave nice rain showers too

The condo is located right at the southernmost point of Mission Beach with the sand literally in the backyard. Very safe and secure with private parking (which is not easy to come by on Mission Beach)! Spacious unit that is very well lit and, if the weather permits, gets great cross breezes.

Perfect location!! Walkable to everything and gorgeous views. Great property - quiet, large, clean, comfortable seating, parking and so many extras (beach towels, beach chairs, etc). We had a slight snafu with the check-in process that the owner went above and beyond to remediate. We would rent the same property if we were to return to the area!!!

Brad was a fantastic host and provided a beautiful place for us to stay. The location is the best in mission beach, you can get the bay side and the beach side, whatever you’re feeling for the day. All the amenities provided allowed us to cook every night and enjoy the beach during the day.

This property was amazing. Clean and spacious. Check in was super easy and Bradley was responsive to all of our inquiries. The kitchen was incredible. I could wash dishes and cook all day every day with the gorgeous view. We hope to come back again soon.

This property was ideal for our family. The views of Mission Bay out to the Pacific make it easy to put your feet up and relax in the living area or on the deck. The location was central to everything our family wanted to do plus so convenient to be steps away from the beach. The property is extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the games and beach accessories made the stay even more enjoyable.

This condo is very comfortable. The kitchen is outstanding--every utensil and many small appliances that one could want. The balconies are great. The beds seemed new and were comfortable. The building itself is very quiet. Bradley responded quickly to questions about various items. I suppose that the noise from jets taking off and landing could be annoying if the weather allowed doors and windows to be open. That has nothing to do with the condo itself, but is something to be aware of for this location.

We had a lovely stay in Missions Bay! This home is close to the beach for nice walks, has a large and well stocked kitchen, is clean and had great spaces for our family gatherins!
Finding it the first time was a little tricky but not a problem. We felt safe and we had a wonderful time! The location was central to all we wanted to do within a short distance. The home is just down the street from some great restaurants and fun activities! The owners had everything you could want to rest and enjoy a San Diego vacation experience ... we would highly recommend this location for your stay in Sn Diego!

We didn’t stay long enough to utilize all the amenities offerd in the place not all that was close to this spot. The view was great. Proximity to the beach. Sunshine on the porches. Three porches! Kitchen was well stocked though we didn’t use it barely at all. Games. We didn’t even get to see all the toys and things for the sand. So many towels and awesome extra blankets on couches and in bedrooms to be cozy!

We had an amazing trip despite the rainy weather. The home was clean and accessible. Communication was easy and fast. Big, open family room/kitchen where we played games and watched football. Walking distance to Belmont Park. Beautiful views from the home and such easy access to the beach and bay. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Despite the rainy weather we did enjoy a scavenger hunt in the Gaslamp District and an Escape room about 2 miles from the property. The outdoor deck area was huge and would have been enjoyable had it not been for the wind and rain. The kitchen was beautiful and the best-equipped ever! The beds were very comfortable.

Bradley’s place was clean and the great room area was really spacious. We had eight adults for dinner and had plenty of room for everybody. The kitchen was well stocked for us to prepare dinner for the group. We had no issues while we were there, and communication with Bradley was easy.
The only downside was that we appeared to be in the flight path for the airport. We only really noticed this at night going to bed as planes were taking off until shortly after midnight, and it started again around 6:30 in the morning. Outside of that, location was great and the neighborhood was otherwise quiet.

New to the Mission Beach area and found this was a nice place to be. Walkable beach area and gorgeous views. Lots of construction on the street and in the area when we visited made for loud days, but that's only temporary. The home was well equipped with all basic items one could need and the owner was very responsive. Great find!
