This beach getaway sleeps 10, and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Enjoy the private outdoor patio where you can relax in the sun and enjoy the ocean air with a good book. Or spend quality time with loved ones while grilling on the BBQ. There are boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys and a cooler for your use, all of which come in handy when everyone is ready to head to the beach... a mere 100 feet and your toes hit the sand! But your adventures and entertainment aren’t limited to the beach. Take in local attractions like Belmont Park, Sea World, or the La Jolla Tide Pools. Dishwasher and dish soap, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, extra blankets and of course all the fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels you would need.
PARKING
The condo has a 2 car tandem parking spot. Additional overnight parking includes street parking and near by public parking lots.

Endless shops line the streets in Mission Beach. Part of the beach living charm is experiencing all the different vendors selling their unique and rare goods on the boardwalk. There are convenient stores for your basic needs and a major grocery store 1.5 miles north on Mission Blvd.
WATER ACTIVITIES
There are numerous places to rent surf boards, boogie boards, stand up paddle boards, kayaks, pedal boats, power boats, sailboats, and jet skis. Another fun activity within walking distance for the kids is to go to The Plunge. The Plunge has the best pool inflatable obstacle in San Diego!
LAND ACTIVITIES
The boardwalk spreads out all along the length of mission beach and is about 2 miles long. The boardwalk is known for its scenic views and a great place to go for a walk, run, ride bikes, scooters, skateboards, and rollerblading.

Everything was great. Only complaint would be the people in the B unit were very loud for most of the night. Are planning to book again so the husband can enjoy the unit and the beach

The property is a very short walk away from Mission Beach and the beautiful sand and ocean. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. We enjoyed the space and the outdoor patio. Expect to hear neighbors if the other unit in the building is occupied.

We had a good time at the property but were never able to use the parking space. When we texted the host there was a large vehicle parked behind our spot. They answered back "Bummer" so we parked on the street and moved our car every day. There were large vehicles behind our rental every day. They are doing construction on that rental and there was no way we could have parked in our space. There is also construction going on the east side of the rental with 3 or 4 workers working every day starting early the morning with saws hammers you name it so the outside space was also not used. We also found the rental to be in need of repairs. The upstairs bedroom with the lamp the knob is broken off and one of the nightstands when you open the drawer there is nothing there. The blinds were missing slats and the dryer vent is broken and not useable. It is a good rental and in a great location but not up to the standards of other VRBOs we have stayed at. The lack of parking space, no real assistance from the host and also the every day construction noise from the rental to the east were also unexpected and issues.
