It's just steps to the boardwalk and beach and a 3-minute walk to Mission Bay. This home has been lovingly maintained and is ready for families to experience the best of beach living! Features include a gated yard, slate patio with a gas BBQ and outdoor dining set, an oversized 2-car garage, large family suite, close to markets and restaurants and within walking distance to Belmont Park. The family suite envelopes the 2nd floor and features a 10′ x 9′ walk-in closet that has been converted into a sleeping room, perfect for kids. Note that Bedroom 4 is a pass-through room to the garage and 2nd level and the downstairs living area isn't that large if you are coming with a larger group. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace and jetted tub in the bedroom suite, box fans, ready-made beds, one towel set and beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of soaps and paper goods. House was perfect for our family to get together for the weekend. So clean and big enough for all of us to spread out. Closeness of the beach was awesome and the two car garage was such a bonus!

We stayed here as two families with a 2yr old and 9mo old. The location was exceptional. We went for morning walks on the coastline trail, right down the street from 2 local coffee shops and cafe, parking that fit and Suburban XL and stayed very comfortably with 4 adults and 2 kids in pack n plays. Would absolutely return to this house and work with this management company again!!

Great location and responsive property management. We had a maintenance issue that was quickly resolved, with grace. The little yard in front is a great extra "living room" and overall this is a great place.

We had a wonderful stay during the week of Thanksgiving. The house is perfectly located just a minute walk to the beach, and close to neighborhood markets and restaurants. It has an enclosed garage for two vehicles, so no issues with parking. Everything we needed was available at the house, including beach toys for the little ones and everything needed to prepare a big Thanksgiving meal. I have to give a shoutout to the Bluewater management team. They were very communicative and available before and throughout our stay. Overall, just an excellent experience.

The property was perfect for our needs. The 2 children(2,4) had their own room connected to their parents. It was clean and quiet. Walking distance to good restaurants, the beach and amusement area for kids. also very close drive to the zoo and old town San Diego

Our son graduated boot camp at MCRD. 5 of us stayed there and then my son joined us after graduation. Good space. Super clean. Great location to decompress. No air conditioning which I may have missed if that info was in the original listing info.
