Beautiful place! 3 balconies, the one on the roof was spectacular! We loved watching the surfers ride the waves in the morning! Very well thought out and was well stocked with extra pillows, blankets, even laundry detergent for the washer. We would definitely stay here again! We did hear the flight path of planes, but we are early birds, so it didn’t effect us at all.

We had a great stay here. The condo is steps from the beach and a short bike ride to Belmont Park. Also a short drive away from SeaWorld and the Zoo. The condo was well maintained. We hope to be back soon.

I want to start by saying that this house offers everything you would normally need for your stay, from a can opener, coffe mugs for the road,lighter, to a wagon , chairs, beach towels extra small blanckets etc. Just bring your luggage and thats it. Everything was amazing. Just the parking was crazy!!! I tried to park my XL SUV and you cannot, i accimafe a whole in the garage and that made me feel like crying, when i let them know they responded with, "don't worry will take care of it, we understand parking is tight here." FYI large suvs, big trucks, Don't attempt to park in the garage. They're is plenty of parking close by the beach, you just have to walk. Other than that we had an amazing time in this property!!!! Highly recommend!!!

We had an amazing time! This home is perfect. The location is steps from the beach. Every day we walked to the sand and played volly ball. Our sons were out surfing every day. We cooked in on the BBQ and used the roof deck to relax at night with the firepit. Totally relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. Well maintained property. We'll be back!

House was in a good location relative to central Mission beach. Check-in was easy. House was clean. Comms responses with manager was prompt. Only issue was parking in the garage which was challenging with a mid size SUV. There is no driveway, only a narrow street between houses.

Mission beach is a lively and bustling place, especially near Belmont Park. This home is situated near the quieter south end with the lifeguard station and sand volleyball courts. The beach was literally steps away. Great location.
Six of us had plenty of space (3x adults, 3x teens), clean comfortable beds, and literally everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
The kitchen was clean and had a good selection of dishes, plates, cookware, utensils, and even some oils and spices. The living room, while not huge, was open, comfortable, and inviting. The third bathroom was a welcome bonus that made "getting ready to go out" a breeze.
Garage is tight, but after practice and suggestion from a neighbor, we found that backing in was the way to go.
We appreciated the large stash of beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, and sand toys. The four bikes are all adult-sized cruisers. They weren't perfect, but they were still used a lot and enjoyed by the family.
Everyone in the group agreed this home and location was a big step up from our previous rentals. The outdoor dining and rooftop fire pit and seating were great for watching the nightly fireworks at Sea World. We'd all stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Asbury Manor! Great location, walking distance to the beach, beautiful sunsets! The rooms were a little smaller than we thought, but it worked great for our group! Very clean, all the necessities we needed.

Half a block from the beach. The most comfortable beds you’ll experience in a rental home. Ever. A short walk from Lazy Eye coffee and Southern Comfort Casual Kitchen. Three private outdoor decks, including the highest deck in the neighborhood, perfect for viewing sunsets and the SeaWorld fireworks.
This place is a gem and made our San Diego vacation so comfortable and relaxing.

The property was nice, but the electric problems were a nuisance. Throughout the day the electricity would go on and off for no reason. I was unable to dry my hair one day, unable to use the toaster or appliances one day, and the fan would turn off and on throughout the night as electricity went off and on.

We enjoyed lighting the fire pit upstairs each night and watching the fireworks from Sea World. The 710 staff are amazing people to work with and very responsive to any questions. We love to visit South Mission Beach! Longest stretch of sand around, and perfect weather and waves. First time renting this condo and we'll definitely rent it again. The listing is accurate (everything was new), and the rental company is professional. It was a perfect size for us and the kids. The kids bedroom is cute, double bunk and a trundle. Perfect for us. Also, we had our own bathroom and the kids had theirs. The condo is fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. The outdoor dining was great. Very convenient for us all to enjoy the outdoors in the evening. Our favorite part of the condo was the roof-deck. Great comfortable seating. We loved the fire-pit and the comfy blue and orange chairs. You can see the volley-ball players and the surf on one side, and on the other you could see the bay.
The unit was one row of houses off the boardwalk, which we preferred for the privacy. We used the bikes and the beach gear (toys, chairs, wagon and boogie boards!) which was a great plus as we didn't have to rent anything. We'd take walks to Belmont in the late afternoon and the kids would play games and get ice cream. We hardly ever drove our rental.

We picked this rental because we wanted a quick beach getaway. It was perfect, just steps from the beach and walkway. There activities for everyone from playing in the surf to relaxing on one's own private rooftop deck. We plan on coming back. We agreed this awesome condo would be a great place for a boy or girl's trip! Our booking and reservations were convenient. Just Great! Can't wait to come back!
