The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a fully updated kitchen and extends out to an expansive front patio, making indoor-outdoor living feel completely natural. Whether you’re enjoying a slow morning coffee, soaking up the afternoon sun, or firing up the grill for an evening BBQ as the sky glows with a classic Southern California sunset, this home captures the easy rhythm of life by the ocean.
The spacious front patio is outfitted with loungers, seating, and a BBQ grill, offering a private spot to gather while still being just moments from the sand. Inside, the fully equipped modern kitchen features both a Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker, along with everything needed for preparing meals at home. The cozy living room includes a smart TV with YouTube TV, and air conditioning throughout the home ensures comfort year-round. The location of the house is fantastic. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is wonderful. The big patio with fire pit and grill a bonus. And 2 parking spots! The house does not have a hide a bed as advertised and we had 8 people. And there is not a couch, only 2 love seats. The bedrooms have A/C, the living room and kitchen do not. There were a lot of flies, screen doors on the front and back doors would really help that. Of course we had a wonderful time but it’s really a house for 6.

Place was great! Listed pics and description accurate. Location 1 house/150ft to the boardwalk to jog, walk, biker, rollerblade etc and a massive soft sandy beach with good surfing. Kitchen stocked with enough pans, dishes, utensils but needed a cookie sheet and extra towels and host had them deliverd same day by 7pm, excellent. Would definitely again!

The location is excellent, and the front patio area is spacious and inviting. You are literally steps from the beach. The are was quiet. The home was a bit smaller than expected, and some of the furniture in the family room and kitchen felt outdated. The air conditioning unit is located only in the master bedroom, so the house could feel a little stuffy at times. There are ceiling fans in the master bedroom, one additional bedroom, and the living room, which helped with airflow.
