About this house rental
Located in Lake Wylie, this attractive house for $995 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This newly constructed, fabulously decorated, Contemporary Woodland Lodge has 4 King Bedrooms and one Queen. The 150 year-old, hand-hued, reclaimed wooden Carolina mill beams dominate the huge open floor plan. With it's 17 foot ceilings, the Great Hall serves as the Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room with a 75" 4K TV over the remote controlled gas fireplace (fall and winter only). Enjoy all of it by setting the mood with your favorite music across the entire house (and the deck) with our accessible Sonos sound system. We bought and developed this plot, not just to view the lake... but to explore the lake and the wooded beauty and architecture it has to offer. We offer a pontoon boat, at an additional cost, for us and our guests to enjoy and explore it. There are so many sandbars, restaurants, and beautiful coves to ski, wakeboard, and tube in. Enjoy the lake for all it has to offer :) Our Large Private Beach overlooks the dock and the lake's main channel. Downstairs also showcases a vaulted ceiling open floor plan - with a second Full Kitchen, Dining Table, a Billiards table, a Living Room, and another 75" 4K TV to watch from the sectional and sofa that both have motorized fully-reclining seats that you could melt into. Two incredible covered decks, with drink rails overlooking the lake. The top deck is equipped with a 4K TV to enjoy outside while grilling or talking over wine in the comfortable and spacious seating area. All TV's (including the all bedroom TV's) are 4K, SmartTV's, with DirectTV boxes. Being his line of work, my husband spared no expense in outfitting the entire home with State of the Art bathroom technology, touch lighted mirrors, and German-made European fixtures. Experience the latest in high-end bathtub technology with a touch screen to activate several features that are unbelievably effective. - I was a skeptic at first, but this tub is unlike anything you've ever seen. Simply put - it's euphoric. I had him break it down for me to explain :) The freestanding tub is equipped with: 1) Aromatherapy - Defined as the practice of using essential oils extracted from flower, bark, or leaves to enhance physical and mental well-being 2) Chromatherapy - A scientifically proven technique (not merely a decorative element) using lighting to emit colors that are calibrated at different frequencies, each with a stimulating or soothing therapeutic purpose to directly effect one’s physical and psychological condition yielding vibrations that actually calm, energize, or focus your thoughts. 3) Hydro-Thermal Massage - Powerful air jets strategically located at the base of the tub deliver a therapeutic acupressure-based massage that triggers physiological reactions, reducing tension, relaxing muscles, combating stress and eliminating toxins. the turbine (located under bathroom in the owner's closet to reduce all unnatural noise) only pushes out air - thus eliminating suction and making the bath perfectly safe for children (and bubbles - yay!). About 10-15 minutes after draining the tub, you will hear a loud gust in and under the bathroom for a few seconds... that will be the tub entering the self-cleaning process that engages automatically. You are welcome to use the garage. Being that the house is newly built and furnished, we do not allow pets and make no exceptions. We do not allow any parties or gatherings, unless previously discussed and cleared with us in writing. We don't allow oil-based or deep fat fryers. Please come enjoy our slice of heaven. There is so much fun to be had out here!

This house was the perfect size for a family vacation. Everyone had their own space including bathrooms, the walkout basement is like having a second home. While we didn’t utilize everything that we could have- the amenities were certainly there if we had wanted to. The lake view and trees were beautiful to look out at and the patios were great for hanging outside. There was plenty enough space for our group of 6 adults and we could have comfortably had more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carol was great to work with.

The property was phenomenal. We had our entire family stay here including our 8month old granddaughter and it fit us all well! The property manager was amazing; she had timely responses when we needed help locating anything or if we had questions about attractions or restaurants in the area. She helped us rent a boat for the week and connected us with Mark who took everyone wakesurfing. The house is well furnished with lots of space! The view of the lake is beautiful. If we did not want to go to the lake one day we all would sit on the back porch and talk for hours! The people are really friendly. We would come back again. We are grateful for the amazing experience and the ease of it all (:

Finally a Vacation Rental that lived up to its listing. We stay monthly at VRBO’s and I can’t tell you how disappointing it is when you pay big money and feel it wasn’t worth it. We didn’t even hit good weather to enjoy all the lake amenities that this property offers but having our whole family comfortably together under one roof was absolutely amazing and just what we needed. Carol (property manager) went above and beyond to make sure of it too, thank you again :))

We were very happy with this house! We stayed here with 4 adult couples and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom with King bed. It’s so hard when the master is outstanding and the other bedrooms are small, this house was designed and furnished beautifully! While we were in town for the golf tourney, the lake was so fun and lots of water toys to utilize. I can’t say enough great things!! Also appreciated the great communication before and during our stay from property manager Carol!

My family (6 adults & 4 children) stayed for a week at this property. Everything was amazing, the house was just as pictured with all the wonderful amenities, very clean upon arrival and many extras! Each room was wonderfully decorated and the bedrooms were all very nice, comfortable beds and plenty of towels/sheets for all.
We rented a boat as recommended, which we had a few minor issues, but were resolved quickly. Lake Wylie is a very nice lake and we spent a lot of our time on the lake.
I could go on and on about how much fun we had and the memories were created with our children and grandchildren. I would highly recommend this property and hope that my family has the opportunity to return. Thank you for being a great find!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property! The house is beautiful, impeccably decorated, and super clean! The bathrooms are amazing and so luxurious! The house came equipped with everything we needed for our stay and was exactly how it was advertised on the listing! I can't say enough about the owner and property manager! They could not have been more responsive to our needs and truly went above and beyond! We loved every minute of our trip and look forward to coming back soon!

We highly recommend renting the pontoon, we had the most fun out on the lake with the boat and the many lake toys that are available. Everything about this rental was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation and would rent from Nancy and David again!

Perfection
The location, waterfront access, home, furnishings and supplied items are literally everyone you can ask for in a vacation home. The outdoor space is perfect with the beachfront, dock and two great back porches. The home was supplied with every item we could ever need, and the area is perfect for both seclusion and convenient access to shops, restaurants, etc. We could not have asked for a more perfect week. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS
The entire week's stay felt like the first day of our vacation! Usually by the end of a vacation people are ready to get back home but this home was so comfortable we could have stayed longer. Furnishings were very tasteful and met the needs of everyone. We all truly felt like we were "at home" as opposed to being in a rental property. The kitchen was so well equipped with appliances, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and cleaning supplies. One thing I would suggest is more dishcloths and dishtowels, however. There definitely was a shortage on those but we managed. Beds were also very comfortable. With 3 children, the swing was going to get a lot of use. Before we arrived Nancy noticed that it was cracked down the middle and ordered a new swing which arrived quickly. We appreciated her concern for the kids' safety. She was also very responsive to any inquiries we made. We also appreciated all the water gear available and the life jackets that covered ages from toddler to adult! We were able to truly create cherished family memories on our stay in this home.

This property is gorgeous with views of the lake from every room. It is very spacious so if you have a large family you can spread out and not be on top of each other. The home is beautifully decorated with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Covered deck facing lake is great place to hang out. Convenient grocery store near by neighborhood. Highly recommend this property
