Fantastic location, right on Highway so a little noisy but very easy to get in and out of. 100m walk to Westfields. Great parking, not under cover but fantastic for larger vehicles. Even allowed to leave ute there while I went to the city on checkout day no charge.
Motel is old but that's why its so affordable. If you just need somewhere cheap and easy, this is it!!

5-10 minutes walk from Parramatta train station and walk pass Westfield shopping complex
The cold and hot water taps should be upgraded into one tap. They are old and the washer leaks.
