Easy to drive to, parking was good. Close to Commbank Stadium, restaurants and cafes. The lifts were a bit grotty.

I stayed at Novotel Parramatta on my own and was initially a bit concerned after reading some negative reviews. To ease my worries, I called the hotel in advance, and the receptionist I spoke with was incredibly kind and reassuring. She mentioned they would ensure I had a pleasant experience, which set a great first impression.
When I arrived, I was able to check in early without any issues as they had availability. The room was very clean, and I felt safe throughout my stay.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend staying here.

The room itself felt very dirty. The carpets, curtains and chair had stains in them i could.only imagin what it would.look like under a blue light. Over all though not bad, was right next to the restaurant's and the amenities were not to bad.
