A Queen that shares it's full bathroom with a Bunk room with four heavy duty Bunk-beds. A Master that will blow you away. Floor to ceiling views of the Gulf, Private Balcony, Huge Closets, Huge Shower and Jetted Tub. The Sandpiper House has built an impeccable reputation of delivering more than expected. You will want for nothing. Bring your groceries and an appetite for adventure. The home is kept in impeccable condition. Every linen is laundered between every guest. If you want one of the best locations on SPI, and a home in immaculate condition with all of the extras, this is it. Don't buy or bring paper products, dish soap, dishwasher soap, a sponge, disinfectant, dryer sheets, laundry soap, bleach, or even your first day's worth of coffee. Don't load up the car with a cooler, beach chairs, boogie boards or beach towels, everything is at The Sandpiper House waiting for you! We even have a Sandpiper House Treasure Chest with a few surprise goodies waiting for you! You'll have to book to see what's inside the Treasure Chest. Everything about this property was as promised, the process went smoothly, and we had a fantastic stay. I especially appreciated that the host did not have a myriad of rules and our departure instructions were to run the dishwasher and leave the house like we would want our house left. The host was so gracious that it felt like we were staying in a friend's house instead of a rental.

This is our second time of staying at the Sandpiper. We love the peace and quietness this place allows for. If you want to be around more people and find different things to do-you have all that on the island. It’s not very often that someone owns such an amazingly clean, filled with endless amenities and views beyond imagination. That end up sharing it with others! You won’t be disappointed and will carry this place in memories for years after!

This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed to make our week comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and beach and all the water and sand toys that were available.
The location was perfect and the beach access was amazing! Check in and check out were very easy. We definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

This home on the beach is so amazing. The house is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy a week on the island. The host Billy is gracious and very communicative. The location is perfect. The pool overlooks the beach and is the perfect size to chill and relax.
The house was very clean and the bedrooms are spacious. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and the treasure chest of goodies is a nice touch.
We have stayed at several different places on the island and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed at. We hope to stay here again next year. Thank you Billy for sharing this amazing home with my family. We haven’t stopped talking about it since we left. 5 stars all the way!

This place is perfect! I have been renting beach houses on VRBO for nearly twenty years and there is always something about the experience that is lacking- not with this rental! The location is superb- right on the beach with a private boardwalk and 75 yds from the best beach bar on the island. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and the AC units were able to keep us cool even during this Texas heatwave. When the owner (Billy) tells you the rental is completely stocked, he wasn’t joking. You could fly to SPI with only your bathing suit and pajamas and have everything you need for a weeks stay. Juan and his crew had the house spotless and they helped us out with a lost item without any charge. You can’t beat the professional service of the the owner and his crew. Thank you Billy for a great stay. We will be back!

The perfect beach house that’s literally right on the beach. The location made it so easy with kids to go back and forth from the the beach. The living room had plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms were plenty big! The pool was just the cherry on top! We’re already trying to plan our next family vacation using this rental! Billy was so easy to get ahold of and very responsive with any questions/requests.

We had a fantastic stay at The Sandpiper House. The beachfront view was absolutely stunning and it added a magical touch to the entire experience. The property was clean, had all the amenities you might have forgotten or did not think of packing which allowed us to focus on enjoying our family time together.

We were able to set up our tent and chairs and just walk back to the house for a bite instead of having to take food to the beach. The taco place in the gas station down the road is seriously legit (like, they make their tortillas fresh onsite).

We stayed at The Sandpiper House over Father’s Day weekend, and also celebrated my 34th Birthday at the same time. We were a group of 9. 5 adults, and 4 children. The rooms worked out perfectly for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. The kitchen provided everything we needed to prep meals.
We loved the house, and the location. Literally no complaints from anyone! Thank you!

Our host Billy was above and beyond accommodating and helpful from the beginning to the end. Our group of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 4 children (6 and under) thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay. So much room for everyone in the spacious, well-appointed home, small pool was perfect size for us, hot tub was a bonus. There were beach toys and floats aplenty, along with beach chairs. The view of the ocean from the living area, pool area, and upstairs master bedroom was awe-inspiring. Those sunrises were to die for! It was easy-peasy down the short boardwalk to the beach. The vibe in SPI is laid back and friendly, slow speed limits make walking and biking safe. Hope to be back soon!

This place was beautiful, waking up each morning to the Gulf waves and beautiful sunrise, was so amazing. Location was easy to get to and find. Having a garage you can park in was a huge benefit of this home.
Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Having everything you needed was wonderful. Only thing you need to bring is your personal beauty supplies(shower products). Everything else was supplied was plenty for the week that we stayed. The washer and dryer were HUGE and it didn’t take long to wash a load of laundry (we did a load of laundry every night).
The pool and hot tub was very nice and clean. The hot tub was perfect, actually got “Hot”.
William was very quick to respond to texts/messages and had suggestions on things to do/places to go/shop at.
I Highly recommend eating at Blackbeards and Mahi Niks (the Mahi nachos were amazing).
It was a Very nice relaxing beach vacation for my family. Everyone on the island was so nice and helpful.
Only thing I would change about the home is to have a way to lock the front door from the inside other then the keypad.
