Perfect location near San Juan beach, pharmacy and food shops close. Beautiful yard with a pool and a playground. The host was very helpful, they offer the service of picking up at the airport for a fee (we needed baby chairs which they provided at no extra cost). We really enjoyed our breakfast in the sunny covered terrace.

Ideal location. We walked to the beach every day. Apartment was lovely, everything we needed was there. Francis was a great host.

5 mins from the beach and restaurants, opposite the tram stop and had facilities outside the property, shop, pharmacy etc.

The apartment is spacious and well furnished with everything you could possibly need. Francis is very friendly and available for any questions.

The beautiful and clean apartment with two bedroom was spacious and suitable for a family of four. The peaceful location enabled a good night's sleep, the mattresses were also comfortable and the bedding good. Due to the radiators, the apartment was not cold in the winter time. There were three free and easy-to-reserve tennis courts in the well maintained yard area. The beach was close as well as the cape, which had beautiful and unique rocks. Those rocks was the best place for a walk and picnic. The tram station is right next to the buildings, easy access to the Alicante city. Our favorite breakfast place was definitely La Boutique Churros & Cafe, also other cafeterias were nearby. The owner of the apartment, Francis, was friendly and very helpful. You could turn to him in any matter. Thanks Francis!

I loved the location because it is 5 minutes from the beach. I loved the area because it was mostly Spanish and lovely to embrace the culture. The tram was a 1 minute walk from the apartment. Frances was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The location of Villamar - Relax, Sol y Playa was exceptional! Francis greeted us and showed us to our apartment on arrival and was so welcoming. He provided us with so much information about the area and the apartment. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious and modern - we loved it! Plus the apartment is located in a great location, so close to the beach, restaurants and public transport. Thank you so much Francis we had amazing time and we are definitely coming back!

Was exactly as photos on booking. com and in a great location, fantastic apartment with every thing you need for your stay, our flight was delayed so did not arrive there until 3 am Francis was still there to meet us with keys and a bottle of wine and to show us round the apartment. Francis was also in touch most days to make sure every thing was ok always asking did we need anything and was also very helpful when we needed info on some days out we had planned. The gardens and pool area are immaculately kept and the whole area was clean and tidy, shops are just downstairs and tram to Alicante right opposite the gated entrance, we stayed for 7 nights and will definitely return to Villamar.

this place has everything you need for a beach holiday. just show up from the airport with your suitcase and you’re set. beach chairs, umbrellas everything. the grounds and pool is very relaxing and only a few mins walk to the beach. caffès just over the road, too. the host was also so so accommodating.

The host was amazing he made the trip great. Meet us at the gate at check in and walk us thru everything. During the stay I had a few questions and was helpful every time. Basically the unit has a Concierge service the host was that helpful, even booked me a taxi back to the airport.

The flat of Francis is very spacious and has everything one needs even for a longer stay. The best thing about the flat is Francis himself. He is super nice, always very helpful and he pays attention to details. The residential area is well maintained and has a nice green area. There are several cafes near the flat, as well as bakeries and grocery shop where you can find whatever you need. The beach is around 8 minutes walk. We can only recommend!

Excellent location 400m away from the beach. We visited in the low season but still the Playa del Postiguet downtown was crowded while the one next to us - Playa de las Huertas was not. Very nice apartment with everything you might need, parking included. The host was friendly and very helpful!

An unforgettable experience by far❤️ The host, Francis, is very accommodating, he contacted me before my arrival, clearly wrote the basic and useful information, warmly welcomed me and was interested if I am comfortable and enjoying my stay, when necessary he was always available and ready to help. The apartments are in a perfect location, clean, beautifully furnished, fully equipped, everything worked as it should. The common garden with a swimming pool is beautiful, around the corner there are shops, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, public transport. Amazing San Juan beach is a few minutes walk. I couldn't have chosen better. I recommend it and evaluate 100 * / 10. Francis, thank you again for everything. You are the best!

Everything, the flat was supper comfortable nicely furnished, nothing missing to the detail. Loved the veranda with plenty if sunshine. Lovely to have meal there everyday. The host was super helpful and kind. Secure Parking and tennis courts within premises. Excellent location.

All was just perfect.Apartament houst Francis was really friendly and helped us with any quaestions what we had. He offered trasfer from airport to apartments and back to airport what is much cheaper then just get taxi. And the same time you don't need stress about anything. Apartaments is really nice and safe for stay with a kids. Beach are 10 minutes walk from apartments. There is pool and playground in apartament territory. Perfect if you travel with a kids. Definitely will come back again Thanks again Francis for our great time in Alicante.
