Very clean and super quiet hotel in historical madrasa. Very good breakfast and nice staff
Some rooms have small windows but it is understandable and acceptable

The atmosphere of the hotel is excellent and I love the fact that it's a historic building. You will feeling like you travel back to 1800s! Dadush was a awesome staff to help me around! Very welcoming and I felt like home. Highly recommend to anyone wants to stay and enjoy Khiva!

-Great AC in rooms.
-Setting -- an old madrasah that's 150+ years old.
-Decorated in a charming way inside the rooms.
-Breakfast was extensive.
-Common courtyard outside.
-Staff were friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations.
-Lockers.
-Dirt road leading up to the accommodation.
-Bathroom was oddly big but poorly designed; toilet always smelled bad. The tub had no cover, so water got everywhere.
-My dorm was 4 single beds. Might be difficult to sleep without a sleeping mask if your roommates are up, but not a deal breaker.

The location is very close to the old town and close to a super market. It is clean and very high value for money. The breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
It in you get what you pay to some extent if you are expecting great comfort than this is I’m not the right location. The beds are super hard and rooms are small. The in room bathroom is functional but not great. It was sufficient for our stay.
