Stunning location, and a great find. We were only there for one night to fit it Mount Etna Parkrun - just short walk to the start. But it ended up being an amazing 24 hours.
Beautiful room with the round bed & corner balcony. Restaurant was excellent - great food, great value and stunning view of Mount Etna as well ate on the terrace. Hotel recommended a sunrise hike up Etna to see the sunrise over the mainland ..... stunning, the 30 min drive to meet the hike at 3:30 am wasn't ideal but was so worth it. Have warmer clothes- wind was chilly
Makes sense, but have to plan ahead to book time at the pool - take a swim cap!!

The hotel itself was excellent, and the staff extremely helpful - for example I arrived early and chef did me lunch despite that not officially being "a thing". Room large, modern, well-equipped and comfortable. Perfect for walking to Etna parkrun.
Some way uphill from town centre, where the bus stops. If you have a car, no problem.

Breakfast was good and rooms were clean.
I was overcharged for an extra infant because they said I booked for 5 persons instead of 6. However, I booked a quadruple room (for 4 people) and a double room (for 2 people), and I was asked to pay extra. I also requested a fan since the air conditioning didn't reach the second room, but it never arrived. Additionally, check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM, but I had to wait until 7 PM to get into the room after hours of traveling, which prevented me from taking a shower and resting.
