The staff is helpful, friendly, and caring. The location is terrific, convenient to Biennale, and all the other great places to visit in and around Venice.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location for the Venice Biennale, bathroom was large and bright.
Never received fresh towels (stayed 3 nights, four days), one day we didn't receive a refill on coffee and somehow (without us ever opening a window) the room constantly had a lot mosquitoes - I started to wonder if they were coming in through an airlock. For the price, which was a lot, given the location and timing of the Biennale, it was quite lacking.
