Great location on waters edge. Staff was very friendly and accommodation was fantastic. Especially the aircon which was working very well.

Location was great, more quiet than S Marco but still with a lot of restaurants around. Also very close to Arsenale stop and connection to the airport.
Rooms were nice and quite big.
Beds were hard for my taste.
Handle to bathroom kept falling off and they did not fix it during our 3 day stay (we informed them when we arrived, as it was already broken)

Location. Comfy beds. Lovely staff (Maribeth)
Tripping on the red mat in the hallway. No bed side table on one side. No bin in the bedroom/near fridge and tea/coffee.
