Nestled in Kill Devil Hills, this lovely house for $100 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Enjoy sound front views and sunsets over Kitty Hawk Bay! This is a 1 bed 1 bath guest apartment attached to our home with a private entry, private bath, private outside deck and private living space. Newly built in 2017. There is a outside shower available to guests, extra pullout couch, and covered parking underneath our house. Guests have free access to bikes, beach chairs, and kayaks off the dock. Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. 3 minute drive to free public beach accesses (1 mile), Publix is 1/2 mile away, multiple restaurants within a mile, and this is a wonderful neighborhood for biking. There is a sound front boardwalk to bike down, Wright Brothers Monument is a 5 minute bike away, and many of our favorite restaurants are biking distance from our house. Avalon Pier, Brewing Station, beach road bars, and Publix all within 2 miles. House Rules - No smoking and no pets allowed.

The property was as described on the site. Very nice location on the sound, but when we visited a nor'easter was coming through, so we didn't get the chance to experience much outside. Nice layout and furnishings. Very clean and up to date details. Owner(Eddie) was very easy to get up with, and he responded very quickly to any questions that we had.

Couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot on such short notice. Take in all of the views from the private balcony and take a walk to the private dock. Everything you need is there. Visited in January and bet its even better in warmer temperature. We appreciate the straightforward guidelines and privacy. Thanks for a great stay!

The property was just as described and it was very clean. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock. It has been recently updated and has holders for fishing rods and a nice big bench where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Eddie was a great host who answered any questions quickly I hope we can return soon

This was all that was described and more! It was the perfect location to drive and explore the Outer Banks. Very easy public access to the ocean side beaches, stores and restaurants. Dock access to sound side with kayaks and paddle board available for use. Quick bike ride to Wright Brothers National Memorial (bikes and bike lock provided by host). We had a wonderful time! Very nice apartment in a beautiful home. The host made the check in process very easy with excellent communication. The location is the best of both worlds - easy access to the main road (158/Croatan Highway) and also to Bay Drive for beautiful views of the bay and sound. Short drive to Colington Island and Manteo. I highly recommend this property for a great OBX visit.

We can hardly say enough good things about our stay at Eddie’s place! The location is perfect for being central to all things OBX and we absolutely loved riding bikes to local restaurants and even the Wrights Brothers monument. We felt like locals being in the neighborhood and talk about an incredible view!! Eddie is an excellent host and all of his recommendations were awesome. This is the place to come!

The apartment was just as the pictures and description revealed. It was super clean and super cute. We loved sitting on the deck to admire the Abemarle Sound. We loved riding the bikes around the area, as well. We would have taken advantage of the canoes, but it was just a little cold for me. We love the Outer Banks and will return!

We found this apartment online that looked amazing. It was a great location in the middle of the Outer Banks. The place was easy to find & the pics of the apartment our exactly what you seen online. We was impressed with the 5 star reviews & no one said one negative thing. Eddie the host was amazing told us what things were around & great restaurant to go to. We asked several questions & he got back with me quickly. My Girlfriend said it was her best birthday ever. Thanks again Eddie making this trip amazing!! Wife and I visited for our Babymoon as she is 7 months pregnant. Eddie was incredibly communicative throughout offering recommendations. This location is also perfect and near everything. This apartment was just as listed and better! It was immaculate and well stocked. There were bikes, kayaks, beach chairs and even a soft cooler that we used at the beach. This was our first trip to the OBX and if I knew when I booked what I know now we would have spent the entire week here. Eddie was a great host. Super friendly and easy to communicate with. The property is the perfect location to launch from to any part of the OBX. The sound is literally in the back yard with beautiful views and sunsets. The beach is five minutes away. There were many restaurants and shopping within minutes north and south. It was an overall fantastic experience and I would recommend this to anyone visiting the Outer Banks!
