Breakfast very good. Room spacious. Appreciated having a suitcase stand and being able to open a window a little. Plenty of shelf space and hangers for clothes. Fresh milk always available for coffee making.
It’s an uncomplicated but longish walk into town. There are no buses on Sundays. Evening meal food is ok and a welcome service being a long walk to other options. Chips tasteless.

The room was clean and functional, offering quiet peaceful surroundings.
Its location was some distance from amenities, although we did know this on booking, but in view of this we were disappointed by having poor choice of bar drinks.
Also the eating area and lounge areas were far too small for the size of the hotel.

The room was adequate and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly.
The room needed an upgrade. There was a damp wet smell in the bathroom and the shower head was wedged in position with paper towel.
