Room was bigger than we expected. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of instantly available hot water. Breakfast was good enough, and buffet items re-stocked promptly. Location on fringe of Shrewsbury, very close to main A5 and A49 roads, and not an expensive taxi ride to centre.
I don't normally use "chain" hotels as they can be very impersonal, but we chose this hotel as it was the only hotel in the area which suited our requirements. Very pleased to say that in this case I was proved to be wrong. Very satisfied. Staff were excellent, very helpful.
Not a wide choice of evening meals or bar stock, but I it's not the sort of hotel which expects to attract diners or drinkers.

Location
Comfortable bed
A bit of road noise although better than the first room we were offered, which was also cold. Also couldn’t turn off bathroom fan.
Limited breakfast choice and small breakfast area.
Only one easy chair in bedroom.

From start to finish the staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble and they always had time for a chat
The room was lovely and clean and quiet
There was a great food selection for breakfast to cater for everyone's needs
We had an evening meal in the hotel on our 1st night there which we both really enjoyed
Free parking which was a huge positive
Nothing negative at all, nothing not to like

I struggled to find the hotel in the daylight - the sign illuminated was a help after I went out for food and returned. My sat nav said I’d arrived as I pulled in to the business park but I had no idea where the hotel was. It would have greatly helped to have some signposts as you come down the drive. I stopped to ask who was walking and they said they didn’t know where it was.
The breakfast offered a good choice.
The shower was nice and big
I was a single female and was a bit worried being on the ground floor.
I went out at 8.15 this morning to attend a funeral and came back at 10am to get changed before my drove home but my key code card didn’t work and I couldn’t get back in my room. I had to go back to reception to ask them to let me back in my room.
Another family member staying in another room had the same problem.
