Lovely room, twin beds which is sometimes hard to find, very comfy and a good location for visiting the colleges
The en suite was very small and shower not very hot

The manageress was lovely and very helpful. Pre check in instructions were clear and well organised. Limited parking but for the area it's a bonus just to have that. The room was clean and plenty of teabags / coffee / milt in the room
TV in the room struggled to receive a strong enough WiFi signal to make it watchable.

The manager was very kind. Check in was pleasant, easy, and fast. We were shown to our room right away and given a quick tour of the property, as needed. Though the location is a little "out there", it is right next to Folly Bridge and there are many busses making access to the main plaza very accessible. It was quiet and comfortable with a large bathroom, coffee and tea in the room, and everything clean and nice.
The only thing I can think of is the location. The property is older, but the windows are new, the facilities are nice - and even the location is mitigated by nearby busses and restaurants. Overall, not much to complain about.

Perfect location to walk and explore the delights of Oxford. The manager Rebecca was so lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable. Comfortable bed and big sized room. Great cafes and eateries on your doorstep as well as busses and river boat cruises.
Property was a bit tired but it was clean and comfortable and served its purpose. Perhaps updating towels and have a small bench or table in the bathroom to put things on like toilet bag or clothing. Apart from that it was great.
