The little kitchen bar and the garden.
The back door to the property was open and it took days to fix. A little shade/umbrella in the garden terrace would make a big difference, as would outdoors wifi so one can work sitting outside.

The property was clean and looked recently remodeled. It was also mostly quiet; we didn’t hear much noise from any other guests. It was within walking distance of most of the sites we wanted to see and very close to public transport for everything else. The self check-in was fairly easy to navigate.
It was very hot; to be fair, we were there during a heat wave, but there was little to combat the heat besides opening windows. There were few amenities, and there was no on-site staff to ask for help if we needed anything like extra towels or more coffee or tea.
