Very clean, many amenities (hair drier, microwave, fridge, kettle, iron and board, slippers, toothbrushes, teas, hot chocolate, crisps, biscuits and more), no carpet in the room (hence clean). I have very rarely seen another such so clean small family lodge/inn/hotel.
Can’t expect any less from a Balkan place :)

The reception guy was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and there was a toiletries, slippers, coffee, biscuits.
Location is very good and there is shops near by.
It is a very good place for a short stay and I highly recommend it.
The pillows were not very comfortable, but this is a personal opinion. There is a smoking area in the front of the Lodge that needs some attention.

Room was basic but looked like it had been recently refurbished and had all mod cons and enough hanging space.
There was no breakfast despite the description at booking.com I didn't mind going without it but I didn't like being misled by the description. When I pointed it out to the receptionist, I got the following responses: "What's booking.com?" "We haven't done breakfast for two years." "If you checked your confirmation e-mail you would have known."
