The bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. There was a pretty garden, although I didn't have time to relax in it!
Some of the fittings were a little old, but it was perfectly clean and tidy.

A good base from which to explore the city of Oxford. Staff were conscientious and flexible. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast was promptly served and adequate for our needs.

Location was great. Staff were friendly.
Lack of facilities provided. We rented an apartment with a kitchen. Lots of cupboard space but nothing in them! No teaspoons, for instance, in fact very little other cutlery at all. 2 clothes hangers to share between 3 people. No soap in the bathroom. Just basically very little thought given to what makes a comfortable stay.
