The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the hotel was really clean and tidy.

The location was quite far from the city centre so had to get a taxi into town which cost £15 though there is a bus stop close by.

Everything looks brand new, modern designed hotel. The breakfast was good.

The room was quite small tbh. If you have two 28” luggages it’s hard to open both of them at the same time. No fridge in the room is a bit inconvenient.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was great and there was plenty of it. The location was fine, with plenty of free parking and overall the hotel offers exceptional value for money.

A real pity there wasn't a restaurant, but I knew that when we booked.

In general I liked my family stay at this property. First days were excellent. Rooms are clean, cleaning team do amazing job! Changing towels and bed linens, love the smell. Food is good, guys in the kitchen are helpful!

All was good. Except for the last day, it was a blonde English lady who was a bit rude and I didn’t like the attitude. I mean why would you work if you don’t like your job, I could see that. I have been asking 3 days for tea spoon for my toddler (for yogurt) and had no problems. But last day it was her shift and she told me that they don’t have tea spoons in a rude form. Seriously? Is that even possible? All other members of the team were great.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was nice and the overall facilities were good. Very clean and comfortable.

Room was cold and cannot change the settings. We also had a 6 month old baby with us so we requested a cot for him. There was no cot on arrival, after asking the brought me a travel cot, no bed sheets, nothing. Breakfast was poor. Almost no fruit or veg like tomatoes.

Aircon did not seem to turn off even pressing off button and was very cold. Blowing cold air. Had to turn on and raise heat up to keep room warm. Apart from that room was good. Really clean tea and coffee. Had to use the duvet from other bed as room freezing during sleep. If this was working better would have gave better score.

The property was very well facilitated. And the staff especially made the whole stay so much better. All very welcoming, whether that be for breakfast, coming back in to the hotel after a long day out. There was always somebody warm at the desk to welcome you back in. 10/10 in terms of service.

The room it's supposed to be for a disabled person, I sleep on the left side, my husband tried to sleep on this side but couldn't get down the small side he's 6ft 6in and Broad so didn't fit, so I had to side step like a crab to get in and out which was difficult I'm disabled and found it had. THE BREAKFAST, wasn't good either, half cooked , a yellow much that didn't taste nice supposed to resemble scrambled egg?? Cold beans, no one to help, and I did ask how to work the waffle machine she had just started so didn't know, For the price we paid £500.?? I find it disgusting on arrival the kettle didn't work so asked for a new one which we did get, we requested a blanket and an extra pillow, also the room was cold, we had to ask again we did get the blanket and pillow but I fiddled with the switch to get it sorted, you shouldn't have to request twice. The room was kept clean, but because of the lack of space on the left side they kept knocking things off the bedside shelf, I had to get my husband to find my medicine which wasn't easy, infact some of it us still there I've had to request my doctor to reissue some of it not good considering I'd got it prior to going away. We have been all over , Edinburgh and Chesire, these hotels were great nothing too much to help brilliant hotels that catered for disabled people, the breakfast was great at these hotels , Edinburgh best western Cheshire the Ellesmere port Hotel I can't recommend these hotels enough, but this hotel I'd not return to The Hamilton by Hilton I'd definately would not return to ever they have the cheek to say a free breakfast I'd not feed it to the homeless disgusting cold half cooked mush

The facilities and the staffs were fantastic. Especially, many thanks to Reena at the reception who was kind to arrange a wonderful room for us, offered helpful information for transport!
