Spa was the best thing about this place.
A bit of confusion over paying for the spa as I thought it was free to guests.

Welcome Pet Pack, a good surprise.
Some of the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The pet-friendly room has easy access outside, so it was easy to take the dog out to do his business.
There seem to be a lot of facilities (but we did not get to use them, as we spent our time touring )

The accessibility lift made a screeching metal noise when moving to the point the elderly couple who were supposed to use it got too scared to use it.
Stained carpets, dated decor
AC needs to be 'reset' from reception before you can use it.
Not the most comfy beds. Even less so the pillows
Some of the restaurant staff were extremely rude.
