Incredible location to explore Rome! Most major sites were just a 15 - 20 minute walk away (Panthenon, Trevi, Vatican, Trastvere, Colloseum) which in Rome feels more like 5 mins as there is so much to see on virtually every street and time just evaporates. Very secure (a bit too secure to be honest) and well air conditioned made this a great base to recoup from the 40 degree heat we had during August. Roberto was a lovely guy who helped us our with Taxis and bags on leaving and gave very clear check in instructions as we arrived outside their office hours. Our shower had an issue and that was very promptly fixed which was great.
Room was on the small side for 3 adults and a 15 year old with little room to dress and get ready. Our room could of maybe done with bunk beds to give a bit more floor space. On first entry it was a bit intimidating, buzzing in through the main door and then through a big iron gate, but once you had gone in and out a few times it was fine.

Excellent staff and room service. Provided with fresh towels and soaps/shampoos and bed made.
Location was excellent. Easy to walk to all main attractions.
Stayed in highest room on the 3rd floor. Low entrance ceiling to get into room. There were further steps to get into the space so bringing heavy luggage up was not easy. Overall space was very tight. Maybe if you’re planning to stay for 1 night and don’t need to make use of the shared kitchen facility and you’re on a budget this is the place for you.
It is very uncomfortable for a longer stay in this particular room. Other rooms looked more spacious if you’re booking for 3+ people.
