- Good price relative to other accommodations
- Close to airport with the airport bus stop right in front/across the street
- 10 minute walk to metro
- Mall directly underneath with 7-11, restaurants, supermarket, Starbucks and other shops
- Room was relatively spacious for HK
- Staff were friendly
- Hotel can store luggage on day of check-out
- Despite the cleaning being done every other day, the cleaning is thorough
- Food options outside of building relatively plentiful
- The hotel is in need of remodeling, especially the bathrooms. The bathtub looked like it was from 1978 with the outer layer with a few chips missing
- With public transport, it takes about 35-40 minutes to get to Tsim Sha Tsui
- Inconvenient power plugs as half the beds did not have plugs next to them
- One of the beds was very soft, causing severe back pain
- Laundry is 60 HKD per wash and dry
- The wifi was spotty, especially inside the bathroom
- No complimentary water in the room
- With many guests, the elevator is packed and takes long to arrive
