Superb

Great Location: park nearby, mtr nearby, shopping malls nearby, air purifier, fully filled minibar, daily 2 free 70 cl water bottles, staff very kind.

A compact hotel with everything you need at a great location.

The location is great, located in a center of Tsuen Wan and walkable to many attractions. The hotel is flanked with small parks on both sides. The room is compact but you will have everything you want there in this mini space. They do have universal plug adapter so you don’t have to worry about your electrical equipments.

The shower area and shower curtain was a bit too small , you can’t turn around in the shower room , making shower experience a bit annoying.

Short and sweet

Very friendly and efficient staff. The hotel was excellent value and the neighborhood had everything i could have needed.

Smoke smell room

Location is excellent

We got a strong smoke smell room on 17/F (which is non smoking floor). We called front desk two times but they said all double room is sold out and can’t arrange room change and said will arrange “smoke smell treatment “. Okay so we returned to room 2 hours later. The smell was still here and we called again and soon a room attendant who is still holding her mobile phone playing games came to our room and spray something but it didn’t help at all. She said “it is non smoking floor . It should not have smoke smell” . OHHHHHHHH. We forced to stay this bad smell room for total 3 nights. Bad service. REALLY.

my room was no windows. air is not so clean. desk and chair is not comfortable for business.
